For the pierced dude, you should add more volume to the lip ring, because I don't think that lip rings are usualling thread-thin.

For the spiked stud, it looks like it was simply.. placed there instead of actually being a piercing. Y'know? Fufu. Only the spike should be showing and not the... inny-part. >3> That part should be hidden in the lip.
