He's sweet and very smart but he doesn't like to show it or use it. He speaks his mind, he does any dare he's told to do, so you can dare him to eat a million bugs and he would most likely do it. He can be morbid on occasion, finding interest in the most absurd things. Is a very complex person. He hates darkness because it makes him feel trapped and alone. He likes being around other people if they're not too annoying.

✖ He and Haruka are similar in more ways than one, personality-wise. He loves to assist his brother in all sorts of pranks, often taking things a little too far. He can be sweet but tends to be very distant towards anyone but Haruka. They both are very close. He speaks his mind often, but can be blunt and end up being hurtful on the rare occasions he means not to be. He shares his brother's interest in morbidity, and is very honest. Ask him his opinion and he'll give it to you straight.
✖ Akemi and his brother were sold into slavery to pay for the mortgage on their house. Their family lost a lot of money when they were robbed by the owner of their family's bank. Out of desperation, their family sold their only children.

✖ Naru is sweet and soft-spoken, often shy at first meeting. He's a dreamer, and can often say things that don't make sense to anyone but him. He likes being comfortable, and can't stand anybody's touch. He likes silence and loves darkness but also hates bright sunlight.
✖ He was often beaten and sexually abused by his father as a child, resulting in his father's arrest a few years back and Haruka's seeming constant dazed-like state. His mother got fed up with her son and sold him.

✖ Bo is very sweet. He can often act like a small child and loves to be held in somebody's arms. He is very shy --all the time-- and is easily embarrassed. He can be clingy when he feels lonely and often will follow you around like a lost puppy because he hates to be alone. He loves music and can often be found singing to himself when he feels uneasy or nervous. He hates loud noises and surprises. He absolutely abhors being the center of attention and being put on the spot. He can often be caught saying random things or asking unrelated questions, so his Master will need some patience, and is usually off in his own little world of rainbows and rainy days.
✖ Bo was orphaned at a young age when his parents were murdered. For some reason, the murderers spared the sleeping toddler. He was transferred from foster home to foster home, before he ran away from his last home, where his "brothers" attempted to rape him when their mother was at work. He was picked up by slave captors on the street, nearly half-dead from dehydration and starvation.

✖ Indignant. Very, very stubborn. He might be the most difficult person you've ever met, always looking for an argument. Eiki's just plain disagreeable. Nobody's ever taken the time to get close enough to him to see how sweet and shy he really is. He's very standoffish at first, so no one ever bothered to be his friend long enough to see past the prickly outer surface of his personality. He hates people who don't listen.
✖ Eiki ran away from home when he was 12. He's been in the slave trade ever since he was found and kidnapped by slave hunters. No one's ever bought him permanently because of his grouchy personality. Those who did tried to break him, but, despite his small size, he's never given in. He's only grown colder. He was many scars on his back and body because of this.
