xxxxxAs long as Enzi could remember, he'd been a wandered. He never knew where he was or where he was headed, but he was always headed somewhere. Ever were his tipped paws carrying him to far-off lands, only to have him, stumbling upon starvation or angry lions. Since he'd left his family long ago, Enzi had quickly discovered that the life of a rogue was anything but easy. Hunting wasn't tough at all, but the loneliness packed with the constant fear of attack wasn't something he much enjoyed. Although he certainly packed the power to fend off an attack or two, there was no way he'd come out of a mistaken stumble into a not-so-friendly pride's lands. Certainly she'd know if this land was safe or not! Naively, he padded off toward her.
xxxxxAs soon as his nose picked up the mixture of scents, Enzi froze. Of course, the mix of many, many a lion's scent could purely indicate a group that had traveled through this land before, his nose also picked up the newness of some scents over others. This was a very highly trafficked area, he could tell. Pricking his small ears, he slowly swiveled his head about, crouching slightly on instinct whilst looking around for any more signs that he was intruding on a pride's lands. Soon enough, he caught sight of a plain, brown lioness standing all by her lonesome a bit away. Relinquishing his defensive stance, Enzi stood tall, gazing upon the lioness with new interest.
