Bio: Scarlet is a manipulative control freak, but hides it under her causally friendly attitude. She calls everyone by pet-names like "darling" or "dear," but reserves "precious" for her favorites. She tries to do things right, according to what she believes are universal truths. But she doesn't much care about morality, because after 200 years, she's seen (and done) almost everything. Her favorite comeback after she's scandalized someone is "Everyone is a hypocrite, darling. I'm just better at admitting it than most."
Anything else relevant: Scarlet revels in the adoration of others, so she will try to please as many people as possible while maintaining control. She will also throw fits if things don't go her way.
