The Southern Air Temple Training Grounds

Unlike its Eastern counterpart, the Southern Air Temple's Training Grounds are outside the temple. It is surrounded by statues of great airbenders in history, enhancing the training experience of those here, or so they think.

The winds of change danced along the grounds of the Southern Air Temple. All that was heard were the sounds of wooden planks humming vibrantly as they spun frantically. The boy within the violent labyrinth, Palka, was graceful like the wind; dancing with the wind, and around the spinning planks. Two steps to the left, one back, quarter spin right, and a half spin back...then forward. He opened his eyes to find himself on the opposing side of the labyrinth in which he started on. "Yeah! Did ya see that Pompoh?!?" Pompoh, being the docile sky bison that he was, was laying on his back; using his lanky tongue to pull leaves off a droopy branch. Palka couldn't help help but chuckle as he walked over to Pompoh's location of choice. Once at the basin of his bison, the Nomad manipulated air beneath his feet, putting a little more spring in his step, as he leaped into the air, and landed the woolly koosh of Pompoh's stomach.

Palka, and Pompoh, watched the clouds go by as they lazily watched the day pass by them. "Sure is quiet around here....aye Pompoh?"

Pompoh let out a ferocious yawn as he went back to cloud watching. "hhhheeerraaaaAAUUUUGGHHHHH" rumbled the sky bison.

"Yeah....I miss them too buddy." Palka was referencing all his friends from the Eastern Air Temple before he was acknowledge as an Adept Air Bender, and leader of the Southern Air temple. With his new responsibilities things had gotten kinda lonely, and somewhat nagging. "Well...," Palka gestured as he slid off Pompoh's belly. "I suppose we should meet up with the rst of the Gong Jen now." Pompoh rolled over, and pretty soon the two of them took off for the Gong Jen Lobby
