The nice thing about looking for someone specifically was that the old clan members tended to somewhat stick together. At least, that was Soren's presumption as he headed out bright and early one morning with a certain mare in mind. For too long he had been simply doing his missions and coming back to rest before heading out to do something new, and it was high time that he moved on past that. And probably the best thing he could do was seek someone out that he actually knew, and had some measure of respect for (not that he'd necessarily tell her that).

Along the way he flagged down a few others to ask if they'd seen her, and soon enough he had found her, already up like he had expected. He didn't really pay much heed to whether or not she was busy, she would likely lend a ear so long as it wasn't something extremely important (in which case, he would be fine with her taking her time). "Morning." Yes, Ylaria was one that he'd actually take the time to give a somewhat proper greeting to. "Have you been coping okay? Settling in already?"

It might have just seemed like Soren was cutting right to the chase as was his usual tactless self, but at the same time he was bringing the issue up, a gruff plea as to what he wanted to talk to her about.
