Short personality blurb: Herzblut is a rough-and-tumble boy who isn't afraid to fight. Being diseased, he has no qualms about getting into fights with other cubs since his fate is already assigned. As he grows, he will slowly lose his taste for battle as it is replaced with an obsession where wounds are concerned. He is very determined to be the best at whatever it is he likes the most, which will aid him in becoming a great medic.
Blutig is quiet but has a mind like iron. Nothing seems to shake or phase her. Some might even call her cold and detached, but really she can be quite compassionate when given the chance. She doesn't talk much and prefers to keep to herself, but when she does show some lost soul kindness, she can be as sweet as a lamb.
Make up a fake-scientific name for the microbe responsible for the K’A plague: Leosinia pestis - a branch of Yersinia pestis; in the same family as the bubonic plauges.

Short personality blurb: A very sedate personality - Mahjah is layed back and takes this as they come. He knows life is too short to worry, get angry, hate, or hold a grudge, so he doesn't. Instead, he tries to do what he can for others in his own subtle way. Mahjah is a very giving soul, selfless, and kind.
Future plot ideas: I could see his personality and way of life being tested by more pessimistic pride members, as well as his giving nature being taken advantage of.
Why do you want a cub in the K'A? I found it an interesting concept, but couldn't see seeing one of my existing SoA there. X3

Short personality blurb: She usually displays an immature and free-spirited attitude with those she trusts and while dealing with others she is much more stern. When she has a vision which is daily she offers cryptic messages to warn others of impending danger. She believes that nothing is inevitability and how nothing is a coincidence. Sumi wont begin to feel like illness till she is of adolescence, she will only appear to be a carrier but once she reaches adulthood she will begin to rapidly get sick.
Future plot ideas:
Unclear visions:As a cub she would have vision regularly but they would always be very unclear and blurry and i would like for her father or a member of the pride, perhaps even another cub to ask her to predict something for them and she messes it up :3
One dying wish: I'd like her to develop a cubhood male friend(perhaps a homosexual one xD, but any male would work wonderfully) who follows her into adulthood, preferably one that is immune or just a carrier; because i could see her as a dying wish asking him to have a litter together out of lineage rather then love but in the end she would begin to develop feelings.
Why do you want a cub in the K'A? I love this pride concept, and i have wanted someone to put in there and it would be really awesome to have someone to start RPing in the pride.

Sumi was awaking from her slumber. It was early morning, the sun was rising across the land and her ears were twitching at the sound of the other members of the pride moving about. The night before, Mith had told her and her siblings of their true family history; of her mother and her gift. She didnt know what to expect of it. She let out a sigh and wasnt sure how to take the news; her father says she has this gift but she hasnt had theses visions; she was beginning to think he was crazy.
She wondered if her mother had something to do with it; perhaps she was just not meant to follow in her footsteps. She huffed and starred out into the pride lands from the den. Did her mother know she was broken? Is that why she wasnt around. She thought about it for a moment then shook it off; maybe there was more then one reason. She didnt want to think about it , the facts of the matter were that her mother wasnt around and the family was complicated, it was bound to happen, and it happened the way it was meant to; at least thats what Sumi thought.
She looked over to her sleeping father maybe, just for now, she should fake it; just to please him, it would give her a sense of belonging within her family. Maybe she should just wait till she really has one. Sumi paused contemplating what the outcome would be... Finally after moments of watching her siblings wake one by one and walk out into the light of the sun, she carefully walked over to Mith

Short personality blurb: Rakta is as "nerdy" and "weird," sometimes considers him an annoyance. He is over-enthusiastic, sincere and honesty sometimes to the point of bluntness. His sincerity, however, enables him to be very passionate, honest and genuine in his love. He enjoys helping others when he can even if he knows it wont have much effect he feels that its always the thought that counts. He often feels like a jinx because he will always have a dream-like vision of a bad omen happening but whenever he tries to prevent it it just makes things worse. He often shows signs of the illness, coughing and lethargy but that doesn't stop him from being a cub, he has learned that this sickness is a gift from a goddess just like his mother and has come to terms with it.
Future plot ideas:
Am i broken?: I'd love for him to not have many visions, and they ones he does have to be more of a dream then a vision, he would think he was different form that if his family, feeling almost like an outcast and trying to make up for it with his personality.

"My moms a goddess?" Rakta stopped for a moment taking in all this new information. So thats why mommy isn't here... He thought to himself. He had only seen him mom a few time and even when he sew her she doesnt stick around. Maybe the real reason she doesnt stay around is because she hates us... but She was a goddess after all, so maybe mom just must be needed everywhere.
The young cub began to walk off his thoughts, he couldnt help but begin to get weezing. He coughed, well if she didnt want to be around there was nothing he could do and he felt hopeless. "Maybe...no..." He hung his head in disappointment. There was nothing wrong with him or his family... so maybe it was just her, maybe she just didnt WANT to be around. He puffed well if this is the way it was going to be he had to just accept it. "Who needs her anyway..." He paused he knew that he wanted her to stay but she didnt want to stay... He began to wonder if this abandonment feel would ever go away. He sighed and let out a horse cough.
His cough began to worsen, having to close his eyes Rakta began gasping for breath, every exhale and inhale he could feel the air scrape against his throat as he tried to catch his breath. The young sickly cub sat down to help him regain his composure. After he caught his breath he opened his eyes and looked around and had a sinking feeling in his heart... Theres no where to be found....No one was there to help him....His mom wasnt going to help him... He could feel tears welling up on the inside.... Maybe she really didnt care enough to stay... He slowly let his tears fall...

Short personality blurb: Kana is blessed, this she knows and understands. Her illness is a sign that she is a favored one of the Goddess. Her illness hits her young and she barely remembers a time where she didn't feel ill. She takes her diseased status with grace, though she does have days where she wishes she felt better so she could play more!
Her gift is weak and she rarely gets any visions and is not bothered by this. In fact, when she does get one, it freaks her out for a while.
Future plot ideas:
Passing on the genes: As a diseased and therefore blessed lioness, Kana feels it is important to find the right male to bring more blessed cubs into the pride. She's very picky about this male, though. He must be as blessed as she, at the least!

Kanaima blinked as her father sat before her. "A seer...? Does that mean I'll see people dying too?" The cub whimpered a bit at that idea. It was bad enough seeing the very ill, those who coughed constantly and could barely breathe. That was her future, she knew. But, being surrounded by dying lions day in and day out, could she handle seeing more through visions?
"Not necessarily," her father replied. "Your visions could be of other things."
Kana thought. Had she had a vision? She did dream... could one of those have been a vision-dream and not a dream-dream? She didn't think so. They'd all seemed the same. Could she have had a vision and just not know about it? Surely she would've known... right?
The young cub wandered off to ponder over what this could mean. Her father saw many visions... so surely that meant she would too. Kana wasn't sure if she liked this idea. Even if her visions were different from that of her adoptive father, she was afraid. Afraid of what she might see. Afraid that she would be haunted by the dying even in her dreams.
Crying out in fear, the cub ran back to her father. "I don't want to have visions, Daddy! I don't want them! I don't, I don't, I don't!!!"

Feel free to start RPing in the pride subforum smile I'll post for certs as soon as I have all names. The third brother in the pride was won by Mogami, and Talencia plays your adoptive father Mith. Both Mogami and Talencia are super nice so don't be afraid to poke them for RP wink And I totally don't bite if you want to RP or just plot out how the siblings like each other.
