Sara didnt really know what to do... She had just grown into adulthood and she now had a cub... She actually had two but one went with the father. But still she had to raise a cub. Sara didnt know anything about it and deep inside sara knew she could never match up to her mother. She sighed and looked at her son playing under the night sky. She looked up at the full moon above, so bright and big. "What are your plans for me?" She asked not sure if she was talking to herself or someone else.

Astra Was rolling around on the ground, paws up in the are, swatting fireflies. He was still so young and so curious. He knew very little about his brother and father. His father decided to leave to go to his home pride and so did mommy, but his brother wanted to go with father. Astra would have much rather the family have stuck together but things dont always turn out the way you want.

Besides, he didnt want mommy to be alone, and his grandmother was also her. This pride WAS his family, even though some lions were missing this was his home and he loved it.

He rolled up and shook off all of the dirt and grass that was clinging to is unique pelt. That was one thing that was blatantly clear, he didnt look like his mother, or grandmother. His brother looked like them, he looked more like his father. He shook of the dirt and grass and walked over to his mother, she looked said. Was she not happy that she was back home? Did she miss daddy? Or brother?

"Mommy are you okay?"The young cub ask curiously.

She sighed almost lost in the sea of stars. She wondered if this was what the goddess had planned for her or if she just got lost on her journey. She was caught off guard by the sound of her son. It took her a moment to understand what he was saying; she was only able to catch part of the conversation. "Oh~Ya Im fine sweetie." She said with a half-hearted smiled.

Oh great, she thought even her own son knows she cant be a good parent, how will she even do this. She doesnt know the first think about parenting; hell she still is with her mother. She knew he probably saw right through her fake smile and attempt at being nonchalant. She was never any good at lying. At least thats what Kumo always told her.

"Why aren't you playing with the fireflies anymore?" She said looking out and seeing that they are clearly there and they havent vanished.
