Bored, Banhishikha found herself playing with a rock. She wanted to pounce something, to attack it and better her skills to make her stronger when she grew. She wanted to be as strong as her dad, and as pretty as her mother. She stood up tall on that note. She wanted to appear like she was going to be the best cub in the world. Her tail flicked as she tried to kick the rock she had been playing with standing up straight and tall. She missed...
Banhishikha huffed and lowered her chest to the ground, as her butt went towards the sky. Wiggling her butt, she smacked the rock hard and than pounced after it as it rolled away a few feet. It was a good game when you had no one else to play with at the time. She figured all her siblings were asleep, or busy with their own games. It was just her and the rock.

Eld had been busy with his own game of running around like a maniac, but he was starting to get winded so he looked for other kinds of fun. Siblings were always an opportunity for entertainment. Growing up close to the medical wards he mostly played with his own siblings. There were other cubs in the pride, of course, but he hadn't played a lot with them. He had probably not even seen them all, but it was nothing that bothered him.
Banhishikha was the first sibling he found, and she seemed to be busy sneaking up on something. He watched her for a few heartbeats, trying to figure out what she was pouncing.
"Whatcha doing," he asked loudly.((You said cub RP, right? I can't remember... but I can change his picture if we're doing juve.))

Banhishikha hadn't noticed her brother until half way in a pounce. He startled her, and messed up her pounce. She landed awkward and fell on her but. She huffed a moment but let it pass as she noticed her brother finally. She grinned at him ever so proudly. She would be quite the master at things some day. "I... was practicing my pounce." She told him in a matter of fact way.
Then a good idea crossed her mind. Why pounce on rocks, when she could pounce on Eld? A playful grin crossed her face as she lowered her front half down, butt straight in the air again, wiggling. She pawed at him a few times. "We should practice together.

"What? On rocks," he asked, pawing at her paw. It was hard since she was moving it around at the same time and while he touched it a few times it was impossible to catch.
"I've stopped pouncing on rocks," he said when he was fed up with the paw fencing, "I think they might be evil."
Or he might have tripped and slammed his face into one recently. Ahem. ((Sorry for the delayed reply! Just a short one to get me going and jump start my Eld muse...))

Evil? Rocks? She laughed. "Why would you think they were evil?" She asked him as she stopped moving her paws and was looking at him in a silly manner. The idea crossed her mind that perhaps, he was a better pouncing toy then the rocks she had been playing with, though she wanted to know why he thought rocks were evil.
It wouldn't surprise her if it was because he had tripped over one too many of them, or gotten hit by tiny pebbles. She had hit herself once trying to pounce a rock, it flew up and hit her square in the nose. Not that it hurt, but she was still shocked that she had been so clumsily that she ended up hitting herself with the rock instead of catching it. Maybe that was a good reason to think they were evil... She shrugged at her own thoughts.

[ Lady Kiya ] Awh... She hurt his feelings XD Eld pouted a little at that, he didn't like being laughed at and he wanted her to stop. What if he pounced her? She'd stop laughing then for sure. With a tiny growl, that was more cute than fearsome, Eld headed for his sister. She'd regret laughing at him when he tackled her!

Banhishikha eyed her brother for a moment. She could tell he wanted to play, but she didn't know he was angry at her for laughing at him. Her tail flicked wildly as her ears pinned to the back of her skull. She tried to look fierce, but she was still a cub, and most things cubs did to try to look mean looked anything but. She was ready for the other to make his move.
She gave him a mocking grin, "Maybe the rocks are my friends." She said. She'd get her evil rock buddies to scare her brother. Her tail lashed about some more.

Eld was heading for his sister, and he wasn't going to let her distract him. But... How could you be friends with a rock, he slowed down as he pondered this, but then shook his head and backed a few steps to have time to pick up speed for his pounce.
"If they're your friends," he said with a tiny growl, "You're my enemy!"
And with that he leapt forward with paws outstretched (and claws in) to get his sister-enemy. He had accidentally used his claws while playing once, and he didn't want that kind of trouble again. Mom had been so mad...

Banhishikha let out a squeak. She didn't expect him to jump at her, but she was fast to retaliate his attack. Enemy, her? No, he was the enemy if anything. She was good. Or at least, that was what she would have said if he hadn't jumped at her. Her mouth gently started to chew on some of his pelt. Not hard enough to do anything. She liked play fighting, it made things fun.
she tried to say something with his pelt in her mouth, but it came out as grunts and mumbles. She didn't realize how hard it could be to talk while trying to defend her rocky friends. If they could be friends, who knew?

[ Lady Kiya ] Eep... sorry for the delay! Eld chewed back at whatever he could get his mouth on. Luckily their sharp cub teeth weren't sharp enough to penetrate thick skin and fluffy cub fur without some serious work. It was all fun and games until someone nipped too hard at a sensitive ear, but so far the siblings weren't doing much damage at all. Mostly just slobbering at each other...
Eld didn't try to talk, and instead he growled in a way that was much less fearsome than he would have liked. It was unfair that you had to grow up to do cool grown up things like roar and scare all your enemies away. He let go for a moment to try a roar, but it just came out as a cute, but angry "Meow!"
