After 150 dollar headphones, the cheap chintzy ones that come with ipods and MP3 players really don't cut it, they're like 5 dollar headphones. Those things aren't built to last more than a year and a half.

Who the hell would spend that much for headphones. sad I don't know, people who want good quality sound and nice headphones that will last? There's a real quality difference between the 150 dollar headphones and the cheap ones that come packaged with mp3 players.

Well this is my second ipod headphones I bought on amazon for 15$ like 6 months ago since the one that came with my ipod nano in early 2010 was like getting lower and lower in sound like it was going deaf. sad

Yeah... I recently sold my headphones to my older brother a year ago, but the headphones are still working perfectly fine from 4 years ago. If I didn't care about having good quality, I could just keep using the cheap ones and buying new cheap ones when the old cheap ones break. It's about the same amount of money considering duration and cost, but different companies headphones actually have a few changes to their speakers, and adjusting to that is while quick, still a little annoying.
