This game came long before slender, you might notice that that the 2 games are significantly similar, however while slender haves you take your eyes off the operator (or slender man or whatever) this game forces you to look at your enemy, for even blinking can cause the enemy to come closer and snap your neck off

scp containment breach is based off the several reports of an object or person that contain these weird powers, in this one a cement figure covered in blood and feces (yuch) only moves when you DON'T look at it, like the angel statue in Doctor Who. The game is not complete, there is no way to beat it. All you do is explore, read the reports, mess with and combine items, and s**t your pants from fear.
