Since her last fight attempt Erimentha's wounds had mostly healed. There was no visible injury but when Bousvor had rammed into her side she later found he had broken a couple of her rib bones. Her chest still was a little pink but mostly healed and her legs showed no signs of injury either. There were of course aches and pains but the lioness pushed through them. She wasn't in her prime of fighting but she worried that if she didn't go back now she would miss fighting the previous male and she so desperately wanted to beat him. He was a good opponent anyways. If she could win a challenge she would certain join his little band and follow his command. However, she had to get in first.
Once more Erimentha stood in front of the pride and once more let out a challenging roar. Despite knowing she wasn't quite fit enough to fight she still was going to anyways. Maybe this time she would inflict more injury on him. "I can only hope." She said, letting out a tough sigh. Gotta keep your spirits up.

Bousvor heard the roar. He looked up as another lion rose to greet the lioness. The tawny male shifted to his feet, “I’ll take it.” His voice rumbled deeply. He remembered this lioness and her words at the end of their last fight. She was true to her word and had returned, now he would give her the chance to beat him.
“Welcome.” That was all he intended to say until the end of the fight. At which time he would either welcome her as Storm Born or send her away for the second time. Bousvor got right down to business. He gave a swipe at her chest to see how well she’d healed.

The pure joy that swept over her from seeing this particular lions maw was almost tangible. Once more he greeted her but this time he made a swipe at her chest. However, this time she made sure to dodge his attack. Last time she had been to awestruck but this time, well let's just say she wasn't about to let him win easily. This time she would make sure he needed time to heal like she did. Or so she hoped. He was obviously more experienced then her but she didn't care. Her life was on the line, in many ways and she wasn't going to let him get in the way of that. With slow steps she circled the male just like he had done at their first fight. Part of her wondered if he had remembered her. Then again, why would he? She barely left a scratch on him and he had completely annihilated her. Erimentha had vowed to herself that this time would be different. "Let's dance." Erimentha said with a grin before she also lashed out with her own claws, her blow intending to hit his left flank. The lioness would just have to wait and see if by the end of the fight if she had been right to heal just enough for the wounds to no longer be visible. Although, her chest ached even with the small movements she had made.

He was pleased to see that she suffered no lasting harm from their previous fight. Bousvor hid his amusement as she went to stalk him. The tawny male turned to track her. This time he would let her make the first move. He didn't see her quick strike coming until her claws ripped into his left flank. A half roar of pain escaped him before he clamped down. She was out for blood this time, and had drawn first drop. His grin answered hers. She would make a great Stormborn.
That leg would be weak for awhile and definately a hinderance in this fight. Bousvor did his best to compensate. He gave a quick test on how well the leg would hold; it would do. His eyes narrowed now as he watched her. Alert for weaknesses he could exploit the male made several faints at her front legs before aiming a solid blow at her chest. He wondered how well she could have healed in the time she'd been gone.

Eri was pleased with herself when she managed to land a blow on his left flank. She knew that this male was aware that she wasn't going to be the same lioness he fought before and it pleased her even more. Whether she was up to par to beat him was another story but at least this fight would hold more enjoyment for both of them. There was no need for words now as they tried to figure out the other's weakness. He must have figured out hers when he landed the blow on her chest and when his claws dug into her flesh there wasn't much effort need because the skin and some muscle tore away easily. Her eyes watered a little from the pain and she let out a roar, but she made it sound like a "that all you got."
With quick movements she put a gap between the two of them, hoping it would be a little easier to read his movements and show any flaws he had in his walk. She was certain that her blow on his left flank had done some damage but it wasn't enough to shake him. Either that or he had steel in his veins. Just the one blow to her chest left her feeling slightly queasy because it hurt so much. Then again, this was the second time she had been hit here and the previous wound had only begun to heal.

The challenge she attempted to put into her roar when his blow to her chest landed, while amusing, did nothing to impress him. The fight had only just begun, so he would withhold judgement. He could also tell that the wound had not healed completely yet. It left her at a disadvantage. Bousvor could feel the blood dripping down his leg. He would be sure to have it looked at after this fight. For now he put as little weight on it as possible and hoped for the best.
Bousvor lowered his head as she but a bit of a gap between them. His green eyes watched her intently. With his leg there would be no charging attacks on his part. For him this would turn into a slow and steady fight. He noticed his blow had shaken the yellow lioness. Suddenly he kicked up some sand with his front leg, aimed toward her face. He hoped it would distract her while he moved in to give a swipe at her flank.

There was absolutely nothing else running through her mind but the thought of what his weakness was. She hoped he would charge again like he had once before and she was right. Only, this time he kicked up sand towards her face and unfortunately for her some of it got into her eyes. While she tried to get it out with her front paws she was unaware that he was charging at her own flank until his claws once more dug into her. Pain was a feeling she could certainly associate with this male because his blows were always painful and irritating for days. This time she roared in pain and couldn't even attempt to change the tone.
He's resourceful. She thought to herself as she made an attempt to bite at his right shoulder this time, knowing full well that this type of move could hurt or help her. Honestly, she didn't care anymore. She wasn't going to hold back at all and thankfully for both of them she wasn't the type to worry about scarring, which her chest would certainly do.

The manuver was successful. Bousvor scored a hit along her flang. This time she didn't try to hide the hurt. He gave an awkward hop to regain his balance after the strike. Darn that leg! It distracted him enough that he felt her sudded in getting a light bite in on his shoulder. Good! She was learning.
He didn't want this to carry on much long, for both of them. With her fangs in his shoulder, Bousvor twitsted. He brought his paw up and aimed his claws for her side and belly. A somewhat awkward move to do that really wasn't successful. Her fur probably protected from most of it. Instead the male turned his head to return the bite. Targeting her shoulder as being the closest.

Her teeth tug hard into his flesh but this lion seemed to be extremely tough because he willingly caused himself more pain just to land a blow. His first attempt was unsuccessful and all he managed to do was pull out some of her fir. His second attempt, however, made it's mark and boy did it hurt. Erimentha couldn't help herself but to reach out and claw at his right side as she pulled away, probably causing some more flesh to be torn out rather then broken into. Her breath was hard and her head hung a bit. Her front side was bleeding and her legs shook from the amount of pain she was in. It had been a bad decision on her part to return for a fight before her wounds had healed. She realized that now. She had managed to inflict more harmful blows though. If that was really a good point to this fight.
It was clear she was done, but it was equally as clear that she really didn't want to give up. Her body couldn't go on but her spirit was. It was a tough thing to go through. "I'll just keep coming back." Erimentha breathed out as she lifted her head a little so she could look him dead straight in those green eyes. "I'm never going to give up."

~Kiana_Nala~ Poor girl! Whenever she gets in, Bousvor would gladly accept her into his band if she can get accepted as a reaver. Bousvor winced and released her shoulder as she tried the same tactic on him and had a much better success with it. Granted they weren't very deep, but they still stung and added to his already painful injuries. He panted as he watched her. She was done. The male wished he could allow her to enter for her guts, but she hadn't won. Her words took him a bit by surprise. He admired her determination.
"I shall be here to see you win." His smile showed his approval. He liked this lioness. With luck she would win her next askorun. As the first time, Bousvor stood there to watch her leave. It took awhile for her to vanish from sight. He turned slowly as his leg had stiffened up. The male limped slowly back, He was going to see the healer. Right Now.
