Age: 20
Job: A prep cook at his favorite bistro, which he has been volunteering at since he was 16. He is also a part-time college student.
Abilities: Loves to cook, no matter the situation, and he's quite adept at it. He also loves to sing, as he has a surprisingly strong, deep voice considering his slim build and shorter stature. He's also handy with knives and likes to whittle and carve in his spare time.
Despite his small stature and youthful appearance, he is also a surprisingly tenacious and capable fighter.
Equipment: A messenger bag for all of his stuff-carrying needs- from how much stuff he manages to cram into it, the damn thing appears to be bottomless. The same can be said (and has been claimed by Mako himself) of his trademark very-frikkin'-big trenchcoat, which has various odds and ends stashed in its pockets that he picks up from time to time. He is never without a large number of pocket knives, hunting knives, and belt knives, hidden in various pockets, belt loops, and one hidden in his boot.
He also carries an aluminum baseball bat wherever he goes, in a "sheathe" he made himself for it. Don't make him use it. Really. Don't.
And, of course, where would a Tamer be without his trusty Digivice? Mako has his displayed proudly on the strap of his messenger bag at all times.
Appearance: Refer to the picture at the top of the page. His clothes are usually oversized, to capitalize on his "harmless" look and catch potential opponents off-guard.
Personality: Cold, clinical, calculating- the three C's of Mr. Mako Moritomi. Mako approaches almost everything as a game to be won or a puzzle to be solved, and as such has a tendency to get competitive with both allies and enemies alike. He has somewhat of a mean streak, often mocking or even flirting with enemies to try and throw them off their guard. He's not above low blows and dirty tactics- anything it takes to win.
All of that being said, he does seem to genuinely care for his Digimon partner, Roarke, and will do almost anything to keep him out of situations that are above their combined abilities. He also tends to get very distraught if Roarke is hurt badly enough.

Home: Born in Osaka, Japan, but makes his home in Pullman, WA with his older sister after his mother's death and his father's subsequent failure to care for the two of them.
Alignment: If Mako does not care for you, you are simply an obstacle to be removed. While not strictly, "evil," he seems to fight just for the hell of fighting, though he seems to target beings that have done some sort of wrong rather than victimize relatively-innocent Digimon...
