Natural Ability: Mystical Eyes of Magic Perception. A rare trait that is sometimes inherited by members of Chiyoko's family. These eyes, when activated, allow the user to "see" or perceive magic and FEAR. For Chiyoko, this perception manifests itself as lines and she is able to see and understand the formation of different magics and FEAR abilities.
Personality: The daughter of a prestigious mage family, Chiyoko's name is the embodiment of her talent. "Child of a Thousand Generations". Her magical talent is said to be the greatest in the family line for many generations, a fact that is reinforced by her inheritance of the Eyes. Though it can't be denied that Chiyoko was born with tremendous talent, it would be wrong to peg her achievements and prowess on talent alone. She is an extremely hardworker who has extremely high expectations for herself. Its probably a side-effect of growing up under the title her family lovingly bestowed upon her.

Physical Description: Chiyoko has a very elegant and regal bearing. For some reason, she always has a very knowing smile on her face. She is often called the model of a high-class lady, though if you ask Malik, he might tell you something different...
Eye Colour: Red
Hair Colour/Style: Black, bun in the back, hair loops at the sides below her "horns". She has red flowers in her hair and a pair of ornamental chopsticks in her bun. Ref of Hair. The details are hard to see since it's just a tektek. She has hair loops on the sides with red tassels. The horns she wears on the sides of her head are an ornamental gift from Malik, she didn't ask where he got them but ok...
Skin Colour: Pale, she doesn't wear a lot of make-up but likes to have red accents at the edge of her eyes.
Clothing Style/Colours: Asian, red, black, white and gold, see reference below, but feel free to reinterpret it if you can't make sense of the tektek. Black obi with white patterning and white obi strings. Beneath it she wears black shorts trimmed in gold ribbon. Stockings + shoes, maybe a pair of Okobo? Or other styles of geta, black lacquer with gold details.

Weapon Her weapon is the simple unassuming fan that Chiyoko is immensely fond of. She uses it to channel/cast her magic and also to slap people on the head with. A Raijin is painted on the fan, a hint as to Chiyoko's elemental affiliation.
