"We're going to kill her, right? When we find her? That wild dog will taste-"
"No! We can't do that. They'll know, and they'll be angry with us."
"Why? She's a slave; a nasty, pitiful waste."
Fuadi waited patiently behind a pile of stones for her sister to shut her trap. They'd followed it this far, but even she hadn't expected the violent turn in her sisters thoughts. Why kill her? She could be a better play thing.
"What was her name, Fuadi?"
"Lauri, I think," she murmured. The bi-polar young hyena stuck her head out, twisted eyes locking on the form of a particular wild dog. She was weird. Alot weirder than the sisters, so why did they get all the stares? "You said you'd be nice."
"A quick death is nice." Mwata snapped, nipping at their shared leg, enough to make the pair yelp.

Lauri moved along the rocks and bone. She hated this place - it felt cold, despite the warmth. Chills constantly ran down her spine and she was constantly looking over her shoulder. She hadn't known how cruel Hyenas could be. Now she was here and a slave.
Whatever sun came in seemed to burn cold.
She wanted to go home! But her home was gone and she could never leave! Lauri sat somewhere close to a pile of bones. She pushed a skull of some prey animal away from here and growled at it in agitation. Her stomach growled back.

If only Lauri knew what awaited her! The sisters moved their shared body a little closer, the psychosis settling in that two tongues were salivating instead of one. Fuadi would smell the scent of the wild dog, and Mwata would picture what she would look like dead. It was both terrifying, and brilliant.
Stepping out from around their bolder, the pair skulked closer to the brighter canine. They licked their lips, giving a very audible snap before cackling.
"My sister wants to kill you, but I keep telling her it's a bad idea. What do you think, little purple thing?" Fuadi questioned, moving to circle Lauri.
"You're name is Lauri, yes?" Mwata asked, taking a maniac gleam. "You're nothing now, a slave without a calling, a foreigner in these lands, so you might as well let us end it!"
"No!" As the body moved forward, Fuadi brought the nipping jaws on her own paw instead, causing them both to yelp out. "No kill, only play! Less trouble that way."

Lauri shook violently as she heard the voice, fear stealing her voice. She stared at the dark-colored Hyena shying back. The Hyena wanted to kill her! She knew she would not last long in this pack of Hyenas. Her breath hitched in fear and she took a step away from the female Hyena. She took a couple deep breaths, trying to regain her voice, as she watched the Hyena closely. "P-please don't k-kill me," she stuttered out, taking another step back A brittle bone cracked under her foot, and she tensed further. She was afraid to glance back to find an escape route, lest the hyena attacked her while she tried.

Mwata revealed in the fear she had caused within the poor creature while Fuadi fought to hold her sister back. While the both of them would have loved to rend the life from her, Fuadi new better. It would bring more attention to them than they needed, and she wanted to live.
"I'm not going to kill you, but she might." Fuadi hissed, tearing into her leg again before stepping back. "Mwata isn't as nice, and she doesn't want to play like I do. We're going to look on the border, make sure lions aren't there, and you're coming, aren't you?"
Towards the end Mwata had slipped into control, licking her lips as saliva frothed from her mouth. She wanted the dogs life, but she had to wait for her sister to step aside...

"I'm not s-sure I'm allowed that far," the little wild dog whimpered. Perhaps she could get away from the Hyena. She was frightening and she'd rather dip into a hollowed out skull and just hide for a while. But there was nowhere to run to, even if she wanted to. She fidgeted nervously, stumbling back and glancing around to find a place to run to. Finding none, she figured she should perhaps follow the orders the Hyena gave her. She slunk forward a bit, intending to follow the hyena to wherever she pleased.

Fuadi snapped. "You'll go as far as I saw or Mwata will have your throat!" She bit back on her lips and cursed herself mentally. She was becoming just as cold as her sister. "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry, just...go alone, okay? You're a smart one, right? Just do it." Fuadi hissed.
Mwata was proud of her work, so proud! She led the "trio" to where she thought the border to be, constantly checking to make sure that whelp of a wild dog was following. She wouldn't let her get away, no no! She had to make sure her investment was with her....
It wasn't much longer than Mwata started to twitch. Mentally she wanted the blood of the dog in her mouth, but her sister fought hard. She growled, snapping and bit at her legs with no provocation at all. And every so often she would look at Lauri...
