It had been a few days since she'd spoken to skon. Since then she hadn't heard anything back yet. She still needed to feed herself as she waited for a reply from the palace. Today she would go out and work for money like she'd always done. She'd dance in the square, hoping the on lookers had enjoyed the show enough to give her the coin she needed.
Walking into the square, she set her basket and rug in place nodding to the musicians that had in these short few days grown use to playing music for her to dance by for a small portion of her haul. She'd been floating as she set up, the pale smoke billowing about her as she made sure it was all the way she wanted it before finally, she took her place and the smoke dissipated revealing a set of toned legs that peeked through the belly dancer's flowing skirt by use of two well placed slits that separated the large flowing back panel of skirt from the flowing smaller panel in the front.
