North-central FL furries

So, I was wondering if anyone was local to the north-central Florida area. I know a friend of mine once mentioned a group in Gainesville that met regularly (I think) but I fell out of touch with social networking, and thus never met 'em. Said friend was the only furry I knew personally and I'd like to expand my horizons, meet more furry people.

Is there anybody OUT THERE?

"There are Furries in the Tampa region like myself. But sadly, we don't do meets often enough. We've been meaning to get another fur meet going, but haven't gotten the time to set one up."

I was personally looking more into the Putnam (which is unlikely) or Alachua county regions, but Jacksonville's pretty close. Tampa's kinda far though. I'll let you know if I find out more about any meets in the area. Thanks for the info. smile

Northeast here. Jaxfur reporting for duty. Try pounced.org, that's a good way to find local furs. Be warned though, 'tis a dating site. For furries. So, you can imagine.
