Due to lack of entries, I am withdrawing the two birds for a later contest, so the leopard is the only one up for winning now.

I'm going to close, and then judge, this contest tomorrow morning once I do some homework, so you all have about..12 hours to get your entries in if anyone is still working on a concept.

So although there was only... four entries, I still struggled to pick the winner. First off, thank you to everyone who entered <3 I loved the characters that were put forward and I really hope that maybe those characters may come into existence in the Elimisha ;D
I finally decided on:Lollipop x L u x u r y Name: Zuberi'amiri( Strong Officer) Rank: Council
Zuberi is a delightful mix of cranky and protective, which is something I think the council needs more of. C:
He was coloured by Ameh however, you will need to post in the departed colourist thread, I believe. Please link to this thread when you do, so that they can see that he has been given away.
