Nicknames: Like most demons, he never gives his full name, preferring to go by Cearney.
Gender: Male
Age: Seventeen

Faction: Demon (Fae)
Race: Leipreachán, otherwise known as the Leprechaun.

Natural Ability: Endless Wealth - Like most leprechaun, Cearney seems to have an endless supply of silver seeds at his disposal. It's absolutely impossible to figure out where he seems to keep all of it (hint: it's a mundane bank account, but no one needs to know that), but Cearney insists it's not at the end of any damn rainbows. At Y1, it's really only endless in appearances--he can only summon a max of a couple thousand at a time and he needs to use it first before he can summon more.


Personality:
"I really don't think you need that." -- Look up Kleptomania in the dictionary. If there was a picture next to it, it'd likely be of Cearney's face. Everything about him will be ... liberated from its original owner, somehow, and he cannot resist the temptation for the life of him. He must possess it. He hoards everything, especially the things that weren't originally his. Hell, sometimes, he doesn't even keep the objects, simply swiping them and placing them in some other location. He is truly a kleptomaniac--if he sees something he must possess, he will drop everything else and go get it, just because he can. Someone who is friends with him will have to understand their things will likely be "misplaced" at some point and turn up in some random location ... or Cearney's room.

"Oy! Ya' suck!" -- Cearney is a bit of a ... snarky type, tending to a generally grumpy disposition on any given moment. Sure, he's perfectly capable of happiness, but fellow boils and ghouls generally find some way to do something stupid. This does mean that his toleration for people and their shenanigans isn't really the highest, but that doesn't necessarily make him an awful person to be around. So long as someone isn't making a complete and utter fool of themselves, he's typically pretty easy to get around with, so long as you don't mind him snarking about other things around him.

"Ah, think we can do it this way..." -- Cearney is ... clever. Admittedly, it's a bit expected--leprechaun tend to be wily types that can pull the wool over anyone's eye--but Cearney is definitely a standout, brilliant in his own right despite the rumors associated with his race. Much unlike the goofy leprechaun displayed today, Cearney is much more serious in his cleverness, able to find solutions to most issues without ... too much issue.

"Arrogant? Me? No..." -- Cearney is, well, a bit of an ego. Being one of the only hopes for the leprechaun race as a whole has likely gotten to his head, a bit, and he acts like he is very important, even to the most highest ranked of demons. He doesn't need to tell himself that he'll do awesome every morning--he knows he will, and he walks with a certain self-assuredness that a lot of people might be envious of. ... Or annoyed by. That is honestly a perfectly possible conclusion, too, considering even when he does something wrong, he can't really be told he has.

Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy?
Cearney was one of the first born to his family in ... generations, to say the least.

Once, leprechauns were truly feared. Running into one typically meant a loss of wealth, a loss of respect, being outright fooled. Actually getting one to cooperate was nearly impossible. Now?

Humans apparently thought they were some kind of stereotyped joke that drank all the time and tricked them out of ... gold coins. How useless was that?

Leprechauns had to get themselves scary again, and fast, before they all peetered out, and so the typically solitary creatures decided to send their youngest to Amityville. Perhaps learning the finer bits of scaring would help them figure out how to scare for generations to come.

FEAR Ability: Which Hand?~ With a tease to the opponent, Cearney attempts to lure the other into picking one of the hands he holds behind his back. In the end, it doesn't matter what is chosen--when he swings his hand forward, he channels his fear into a blast at the opponent that may equally damage him. (Gambler's Chance)


Physical Description:

Eye Colour: Green, slightly narrowed.
Hair Colour/Style: Bit like this, except with more curl. Seems to have the beginnings of facial hair.
Skin Colour: Pale, bit freckled.
Clothing Style/Colours: Cearney refuses to wear any of the ridiculous nonsensical green and giant hats. Instead, he dresses more traditionally, found in something akin to a brown suit ala these men.
Extra: Cearney is not spectacularly tall, standing at about 4'10". ... on a good day.

Nat ability > This almost seems a bit overpowered; maybe just tweak it a little to add some limits? Maybe he can only have so much at one time or something (Y1 should be relatively simple!) Otherwise, it seems okay!

Congratulations! Your character has passed the enrollment process and you're cleared to begin playing. Essentially, this means you can get your art certed, make your character's journal, and most importantly start RPing.
