That's Eastern Standard Time.

These are just suggestions because I know we have at least one person in a completely different time zone, how 'bout asking what time people are usually on. Or if they'll can work with your schedule while in that other time zone, give them more than just the day of. Even those in the same time zone. Its better to give people as much time as possible to prepare so they can be on. Dropping something on someone the day of usually gets people annoyed when its something like this. I'm pretty sure most everyone else already has plans.
