Madam, andami palang nega comments dun sa water diet. Based on experience nung iba, kailangan pa rin palang may kainin kahit papano cat_sweatdrop or else cat_burning_eyes

yup! pero the difference is the reaso why they do it xD
ginawa nila yun for losing weight lang and nothing else,
cousin ko ginawa niya as sacrifice, mahirap daw, pero nakayanan niya rofl

kasi iba yung drives nila eh, iba rin yung effects na tinitignan nila o:

lagi ako nagpupuyat pero nasanay na maaga nagising..ayan.. haaha..past 12 na din ako kung matulog pero mga 4 or 5 gising na smile )

insomniac here.. di ako nakakatulog ng straight 2hrs.. smile )
pero i take naps naman..much better than sleeping 7 to 8 hours straight (well i've read that on some yahoo news way back)

hmmm.. ako kasi natutulog mga bago mag 1am..tapos nagigising ako ng mga bandang 3 or 4am..tapos jogging na hanggang mag 6am.. tapos workout..by 8am tapos na ko lahat.. then nap nalang mga 30mins din siguro every 3hrs para makabawi sa tulog..

di daw talaga made yung katawan natin for long periods of rest kaya daw kahit 8hrs kang tulog paggising mo parang ang hina mo.. mas maganda daw kahit short lang yung tulog basta nag na-nap ka for every 2-3hrs okay daw yun..

Yep nakaka-engganyong subukan. Kasi after 3days kakain ka naman ulit ng kahit anong gusto mo tapos balik ulit sa diet. Yan yung hinahanap ko. Hindi buwis buhay rofl rofl


Try mo rin Brown Rice saka drink Carbtrim bago kumain. =)) 'Pag breakfast, drink 2 glasses of water bago kumain. Jog atleast 15 minutes a day. biggrin

try mo tong diet ko. effective biggrin

BREAKFAST: 4-5 spoonfuls of oatmeal (quaker oats gamit ko) w/ fruits as toppings (sliced apple/pears; buko meat; nuts; mango, etc. Try other fruits as well). Apply 2 spoons of honey to sweeten. Dont use sugar! Pero kung wala talagang honey, cge sugar. Bumili ka nlng mamaya.

Avoid rice, white bread and dairy products like fresh milk, cheese, etc. Mas mabuti kung wheat bread kainin mo.

LUNCH to DINNER: water XD
Kung gutom ka talaga eat fruits as snacks lang tapos drink a lot of water. Wag yung ice-cold.


Kung di mo kaya yung sa taas pwede mo gamitin tong "King, Queen, Peasant method". Ayos to as an eating habit. Kung masasanay ka dito, d ka tataba.

Pag breakfast, eat like a King. The most important meal of the day kasi yan kaya kelangan kumain ka ng marami lalo na pag papasok sa school o work.
Sa lunch, eat like a Queen - yung maarte style, konti lang. 1 cup of rice.
Sa dinner, eat like a Peasant/pulubi. Sa madaling salita, wag kang kumain XD

Remember, basta diet avoid snacking! Ok lang fruits, veggie salad, o yogurt.

eto effective: (DIET)

- kumain ka lng 1 time a day ( lunch/brunch/ basta 1 time lng!!).

- ung breakfast mo.. inom ka lng ng milk o chocolate(swiss miss para masarap, hehehe.. rofl )

- ung sa dinner... inom ka lng ng water, ( 3 glasses of water busog ka na nun!! )

- un completuhin mo ung 8 glasses of water a day.

- eat fruits, ( apple, mango, basta fruits) nakaka replenish daw un ng energy, lalo na ung banana,sarap,favorite, haha rofl


eto naman ung sa WORKOUT:

- marunong ka ba mag basketball? kung marunong ka, mag basketball ka for 45 mins. 2 times a days. ( umaga at hapon )

- kung wala naman court sa inyo o di ka marunong mag b-ball,,, mag hanap ka ng ka partner mo, at mag badminton kaung dalawa, ganun din 45 mins, 2 time a day.

- kung wala ka naman ka partner o wala kang badminton,, mag jogging ka for 1 hr 30 min. ( sigurado naman may joggingan sa inyo noh? haha rofl )

- kung may pasok ka naman, or umuulan, madali lang yan, Indoor ka, ( mag jumping jacks ka 100 times w/ 3 good repititions... kaya mo yan tiwala lng, hehe ^_^ ) kung di mo kaya na straight, pwede naman tumigil, 20-20-20 hanggang sa maka 100 ka. smile

" ung iba siguro di mo na makakaya, kaya pwede na yan. 3nodding
basta ang mahalaga sa lahat ung SELF-DISCIPLINE. wag ka magpatalo sa DQ ice cream cake, sa 2 piece chicken, sa sobrang sarap na pizza, o kahit ano pang napakasarap na pagkain na ihahain sayo. tsaka wag ka masyado mag snacks!! baka dun ka naman bumawi ng pagkain, hahah rofl .
un lng, good luck sayo. always remember self-discipline, nasa huli ang pagsisisi hehehehe."
