It's not actually said, and I can't remember if I'm getting this right or not. But, it's what is written on the cast that Megumi puts on Sano's hand after he comes back for the whatever time it was.
It says something like "idiot" or "do not use."
I should have probably checked before I posted this. ... sweatdrop ...
