Personality - Anyone who has ever met Mayhew always said that he was a happy guy, he takes friendship seriously and is one of the most loyal people you will ever come across. He is trusting almost to fault, unable to tell when others are deceiving him. Though he's not a fighter, he will come to the aid of his friends when needed, believing that if their hearts are in the right places that everything will work out for the best.
History - Mayhew lived in 17th century right in the middle of the French revolution. His mother, unable to watch her good hearted son go off to join the army, prayed for him to be spared from the life they lived. Those prayers were heard by nearby Fae who were touched by the honesty in her voice, together they conspired to make her wish come true though with all Fae, there is always a price.
The next morning was the day that Mayhew was getting ready to leave to join the military but what he woke up too was something completely different. In order to protect Mayhew, the Fae transported him into the 21st century. His mother will never see her son again, but he will never have a need to fight in the revolution. Now he is roaming the present, confused, disoriented and terrified by the machines that fly by that look like carriages without the horses and people that are dressed so strangely.
Mayhew needs someone who will teach him how to survive in this new and strange world. A friend or companion who is patient with his naivety and boundless curiosity for the strange contraptions that this present has to offer. In return, Mayhew can be one of the most attentive lovers, even a protector though his lithe form doesn't lend well to fighting. What he has already relied on is his cleverness and light feet.
