I’m sorry that it took so long to bring you the results. We put a lot of thought into them and finally came up with three winners.
Zactura
For the brown boy, we’ve picked Lindani. He will be our very first Ahluke and we’re curious to see how he will fit in the pride. Baie might be a little happy to see him stay but also sad that he’s not showing more ambition and going out there to start his own pride like she would expect him to (warning, she might nag him about it). It will also be interesting to see if he will maintain the role for a long period of time or if he will end up changing his mind in the future.

For the white girl, Nomsindo is the winner. It was nice to see a cub who showed her mother’s traditionalist views and a strong adherence to the pride rules. As she is the most pale of the litter (her twin will not be staying in the pride) and Baie finds her appearance to be the least desirable, it is somewhat amusing that this girl ends up being the one who most resembles her mother.

And lastly, our tan/cream girl. She was definitely the hardest one because we got so many great concepts but in the end we decided to go with Nehanda. A sickly cub will put Baie through a whirlwind of emotions and we all need a bit of drama in our lives. While a runt is to be expected in a large litter, these are Gakere’s first children and Baie would expect a girl with a dark tuft of hair to be stronger than her paler sister. She will probably blame Nehanda's small size on Nahmba’s blood (Gakere’s mother, a small lioness)…
