	Arriving at the gym, Mei's gaze landed on a certain orange haired figure off in the distance. She had seen the boil around a few times, but had yet to really get acquainted with him. Figuring this a good time as any to introduce herself, Mei found herself striding towards the dragon boil. "Hey, you're Skald, right?" The name was hard to forget, even with all the names that floated around Amityville. His just seemed to stick out like a sore thumb. Not that it was a bad thing. "Say, if you're hanging around here, you aren't looking for a sparring partner by chance, are you?" she asked, leaning against the wall as she awaited his answer. If he was, she was in luck. She was looking for someone to spar with. If anything, it was just a great way for her to kill time right now.

	Skald eyed the broken doll and gave a sneer. "Actually, I was hoping to avoid a couple of pests and I figured this would be the place to hide out." He slapped his tail against the ground and crossed his arms over his chest. "So no. I wasn't looking for any sparring partner." He waited a few seconds more and when she didn't leave, his glare intensified. "That was your cue to get lost."

	Ooooh, so he was a brooding kind of boil? Its not like she hadn't delt with his kind before. "You're a bit moody for a snot, y'know?" Of course, his very strong and blunt hint for her to leave didn't work at all as she remained where she stood. "Could it be.." She paused, mock thinking for a moment. "Are you afraid of fighting ghouls?" It totally wasn't that, she knew, but still.. it was pretty fun to taunt this boil, and any other boil with this kind of attitude. She wasn't easily chased away by harsh words after all.

	The hydra sneered again. Who was she calling moody? She didn't even know him. Course, what he didn't seem to get was that would only make first impressions worse. Not that he wasn't moody. Not that he would admit it, but he was a down right sour puss. However, when she deliberately poked fun at him, the hydra felt his spines bristle. "Excuse me?" His red eyes narrowed at the broken doll. "I am not afraid of any ghoul. Especially not you."

	To prove his point Skald lashed out, striking at the broken doll before jumping back. His form already shifting into a hulking hyrda. Now that he was in a more spacious area, he had no fear of getting tangled up in some dingy old room. He had as much space as he could hope for and could freely move. Unfortunately, given his current Fear level, he was just... weak. Not that he would EVER admit that. Especially to some ghoul. Skald's HP: 30/30 Damage: 2 Fear: Acid Veins ( Y1 - Tainted Fang )

	Man, this boil's look was so sour, that he could curdle milk just by looking at it! It was almost too amusing for the doll! She remembered when she was but a snot, and man was she moody. Not bothering to follow his wishes, Mei continued to pester the boil. "Prove it then." She grinned, making damn sure she got a battle out of this. When it finally worked, Mei watched from the sidelines a moment as he shifted into his natural form. It was pretty impressive, she had to admit. Probably even more so when he had more than one head growing out. Brushing off the worst of his attack, she prepared herself for her own strike on the boil. Mei's HP: 48/50 Damage: 0 Fear: 0/3 used

	The hydra snapped his jaws. "Why would I have to prove myssself?" He demanded. Sweeping his tail across the ground so that it kicked up any dirt into the air and created a large dust cloud. Right now his size was merely for shore. As far as training went, he was no better than a flightless bird. Of course, that didn't mean he wouldn't back down from a fight. Especially when he was provoked into one. Skald's HP: 30/30 Damage: 0 Fear: Acid Veins ( Y1 - Tainted Fang )

	Well, he didn't have to prove himself, but of course, he decided to anyways. Only responding with a small smile, the doll proceeded to approach the dragon boil. Jumping onto his back, she brought her heel down in a swift kick, which collided with his neck. It was strong, but naturally, it wasn't strong enough to severe his head. Not a bad thing, considering the Hydra's ability to regenerate their heads when loosing one. She wasn't going to make that mistake. Hoping down off of his back, she made sure to retreat back further at a safer distance. If he was going to want to retaliate, he was going to have to work for it and try to catch her. Mei's HP: 48/50 Damage: 12 Fear: 0/3 used

	Fortunately for him, since the broken doll decided to advance so close to his neck, it also meant she was within grabbing distance. The moment she hopped back down, his head swiveled around and snapped its massive jaws at her, hoping to snap her up in one go. Unfortunately, Skald had a lot to learn before he could catch prey like Mei. She was already years ahead of him. Both in skill and wisdom. She knew when, and where to attack, and when not to. A skill he had yet to hone, or even learn. He was, at best, a mindless, raging beast. Skald's HP: 18/30 Damage: 3 Fear: Acid Veins ( Y1 - Tainted Fang )

	Breaking free of his attack first chance she got, she made sure to keep moving, making it all the more harder for him to catch her. He may be big in size, but that also meant that he was a lot slower than she was at the moment as well. And if there was one thing that Mei specialized in, aside from healing, it was agility. Moving in once again, Mei ducked down out of reach of any attempts to strike her, as she quickly struck the boil from below. If anything, he might have a sore throat by the end of this, as her main target for the day was his neck. She would love to fight this boil at a later date however. No doubt in future, he would be a creature to be wary of. Mei's HP: 45/50 Damage: 7 Fear: 0/3 used

	The attacks were met with a snarl and another low sweep of his tail. Only this time, he spun around in a way to smack the broken doll like one would with an irritating fly buzzing around their head. The only difference was, this 'fly' could easily save herself from getting splattered against the wall. In fact, to be honest, that was an insult to flies. This ghoul was for more irritating than any bug he ever encountered. She was the pests of pests. Second only to two other annoying pests. Well Maybe third, if he included TK. That boil never got off his back about doing his studies. "Would you cut that out!?" He snarled, spinning around to face the ghoul, jaws parted and ready to snap at her again. Skald's HP: 11/30 Damage: 1 Fear: Acid Veins ( Y1 - Tainted Fang )

	The fact that the boil was getting more and more annoyed only prompted Mei to continue. It was far too amusing for her to just stop now. Taking the hit from his tail as it lashed at her with a swat, she then retreated to the other side of the boil kicking him hard in the leg. That was payback for treating her like some small bug to squash, even if she was pretty much encouraging it. Mei only smiled up at him as he turned to snap at her. "I thought I would just play out the pest you claim me to be~" She smiled up at him, not bothering to dart off again. If he wanted to strike at her, now was as good a chance as any. Mei's HP: 44/50 Damage: 9 Fear: 0/3 used

	Skald snarled, snapping his jaws at the ghoul but only catching air. She was clearly making fun of him now and nothing angered the hydra more than when someone was looking down on him. "A pest is exactly what you are." He said, taking a few steps towards her. Each one tearing up the ground with his talon like claws. If he had it his way, he would have just sat on her and be done with it. But unfortunately she had to be one of the faster flies, making it difficult to do anything. She was a small fast target and he was just a large one. Too slow to do himself any good right now. He would be lucky to get out of this battle with what dignity he had left. But it was clear that this, Mei, wasn't going to let him have even that. "Just die already!" He snapped, raking the air with his claws, which he aimed at the broken doll. Skald's HP: 2/30 Damage: 2 Fear: Acid Veins ( Y1 - Tainted Fang )

	At this point Mei was done taunting him. It was time to put this boil in his place and teach him a bit of respect. Avoiding the worst of his attack, Mei ran straight ahead for Skald's head, punching him square in the jaw. Of course, a dragon's head was so hard, that the attack caused the doll to cringe in response. That was going to be sore for a while. "You're such a grouch, you know that? Honestly! I was in your place when I first got here. Trust me, you're going to want all the friends you can get." Mei's HP: 42/50 Damage: 9 Fear: 0/3 used

	"I will not." He snarled bitterly. He had two--three more even than he could handle now. What made her think he wanted anymore pests buzzing around him. From his personal experience, friends were nothing more than a headache waiting to happen. He couldn't stand them, let alone rely on them. No thank you, he was better off on his own. However, when the broken doll hit him with her last attack, the hydra probably could have used a 'friend' to haul his sorry unconscious a** out of there.
