Watery Enchantment: They use water to temporarily enchant an object, usually a weapon for a small about of time to make it a bit stronger. The enchantments are less versatile then ones made by Sorcerers/Sorceress's as they only strengthen the object.


Personality:
Friendly
Meara is a very outgoing demon and loves to interact with others. She doesn't usually care about race so you can see her talking to all the different races fairly equally.

Determined
Meara is rather competitive and once she sets her mind on something she will follow it through with an almost one track mind. Her stubborn streak is high and she rarely ever gives something up once she starts, be it a test, a game, or something like winning a friendship.

Confident
She knows a good portion of her strengths and she isn't afraid to show them off. It takes quite a bit to shake her up when she knows what she should be doing. This borderlines pride quite often however.

Jealous
Meara has a problem with seeing others do better then her in certain things. If she wants to be good at something but isn't as sees someone who is then she can get taken over by the green eyed monster. This seems to be one of the few ways she stops being friendly to a person, at least for a time.

Overprotective
If something or someone belongs to her in anyway she will protect it. She tends to go over board with this however when she feels that what ever she is protecting is in danger or in danger or being taken away. While not a strong fighter, she has been known for getting into fights when protecting something or someone.

Moods shift like water
While she is indeed friendly most of the time, it doesn't actually take much to make her flip moods around like the shifting tide. Anger isn't an emotions she displays much unless her protective instinct was tripped but other emotions like sadness can happen quite frequently with the right triggers.

Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy?
Meara joined Amityville to learn to become stronger then her mother and to prove she could stand on her own. She refuses to be seen as 'hiding behind her mothers skirts' by the others any longer.

FEAR Ability: The Chill
Healing Blade: Meara surrounds one hand in water in the shape of a dagger then 'stabs' her target with it so the water is absorbed and the target healed.

xxxxxCommon Desc: Many believe that they are tied to bodies of water, like their cousins the naiads, which they encourage by usually wearing some sort of hollowed jewelry with water in it when ever they leave the water they are 'tied' to. They like to promise enchantments to others in return for favors. They are known to drown people that turn down their offers should they be strong enough.

There have been many Loch Ladies in lore, though mainly they are in the Arthurian legends under the title of Lady of the Lake. Whether the specie picked up the title as an alternate name after said lore or before is unknown. As a species they tend to attempt convincing others to do as they wish for enchantments in return. The enchantments are only temporary and limited as they only strengthen the object enchanted. Should a Lady's offer be turned down there is a good chance that they will attempt to drown the person that told them no provided the Lady believes she is strong enough.

They live with in bodies of water, being aquatic in nature, usually in small family groups unless the body of water is deemed too small for multiple Lady's. The strongest and wisest in the family group, no matter the age or place in the family tree, is the one who makes the final decisions in everything that concerns the family group. While the species name is Loch Lady, there are males in the species as well, they tend to be less powerful though still as wise then the females and go by a sub name of Loch Knight.

Congratulations! Your character has passed the enrollment process and you're cleared to begin playing. Essentially, this means you can get your art certed, make your character's journal, and most importantly start RPing. "Do you think I would look good with a perm?" Ms. Selene popped another application in the acceptance bin, while toying with one piece of her long, straight hair. The gnome in the room with her was currently trying to mop up the mess from previous days of work, and he had absolutely no concern when it came to what her hair looked like, so of course, he said -

"You'd look like a snake hidin' in a bush."

Selene's snake tongue slithered out from between pursed lips in warning, and he hurried back to his work before he ended up in the infirmary.
