Personality: Maxwell is a very formal and rather regal man. He values order and logic above all else. He holds little sympathy or understanding for others, having long ago learned to shut himself off from everything. He can have a dry humor when he wants to though, and often comes to have decent relationships with his slaves, even if it isn’t truly a loving relationship. He is easily satisfied when it comes down to it and as long as he’s satisfied, he can turn a blind eye to things he’d normally disapprove of.
Biography: Maxwell was born long ago to a lord and lady. Their holdings were attacked when he was a young man by an enemy family. The family had a curse put on him by an old witch as the last step to ruin for his parents. Terrified by what he’d become, they sent him off to a secluded mansion on the edges of their lands. A few years later, they were killed. Knowing that Maxwell was too ashamed of himself and his family’s fall to pose any threat, the new lord let him remain in the mansion with the few servants and slaves he kept. Years past and Maxwell took to only keeping a few slaves, for his own and having a cleaning woman come in once a week to help clean the house. He watched as the world changed around him, lords and ladies taking over his former holdings, but never bothering him. Though it is a sad and tiring existence, Maxwell is satisfied to linger there, just watching the world pass.
Additional Info: He plays the piano and violin, owns and runs a vineyard, and owns a large library, which he has read every book in.

Personality: Aiden tends toward being single minded and is not easily distracted. Generally calm and happy, he only gets angered by certain situations and topics, and then his anger is something to truly be feared. He can be very demanding, but if pleased, he will reward whoever it may be greatly. Though he does not easily forgive or forget, he is not very spiteful or cruel in his offense.
Biography: Aiden was born in Atlantis. The city that so many humans sought after was real, and thriving with dozens of varieties of mer-people. Aiden was one variety, descended from both human and true mer-people, thus he had to tail, or fins, or scales and always looked human, aside from the gills on the sides of his neck and the fact that his hands and feet are webbed underwater. He grew up in Atlantis, though it wasn’t rare for him to venture outside the moving city and explore the oceans. It was during his exploration that he learned to hate humans, watching them destroy the oceans and kill many innocent and harmless fish and even a few mer-people whom he’d befriended. When he was grown, he decided to go to land and see if there was anyway that he could slow or even stop what they were doing. Taking a huge amount of treasure he’d gained in his life, he established himself on land and became known by many as being a very influential and adamant activist. As thanks, and as bribes, he’s been given slaves in the past and has become accustomed to having one or two in his home with him.
Additional Info: Aiden has to spend a little time every day in the water to stay healthy. He is fascinated by land music, but can’t play anything himself, though he can sing.

Personality: Isaac is generally kind and patient, but silent. He likes to watch and listen before he does anything. He has seen many cruelties, so he generally chooses to avoid things he thinks to be mean or underhanded, though he has been known to take it upon himself to punish those he thinks deserves it. He is haunted by what he has gone through, but hides the fact well. Having a well-developed since of humor, it is not hard to amuse him or make him laugh, and he has been known to play a prank or two of his own.
Biography: Isaac was born to a wandering tribe of magic users. His early life was good, but then the lands they were in turned on magic users and chased his tribe from the region, killing many of them. The years he spent running and hiding hardened him a bit, but he has become stronger because of it. The leader of their tribe died shortly after they finally escaped the clutches of those hunting them. Isaac was chosen by a mystic process due to his magical prowess and abilities as a leader. He was the youngest leader the tribe had ever seen. He has since become well-loved and respected for his decisions and abilities.
