Unfortunately, the tip function is currently only available in the Forums, and not in Guilds. You'll need to come up with a different way to play this particular game. Perhaps you could make this a "Say something about the person below you" game, where the next person has to answer True or False, and then they in turn say something about the next person to post below them?
