Wonderful rays of sunlight shone brightly down upon the Vikings land, beneath one particular tree, being rather lazy, was Bjorn. Lately his days had been filled with nothing but wandering, drinking, eating and wandering again. The pattern had become rather boring and unpleasant, but he marched onward. The days he enjoyed most were those where his lady, Zsaria, joined him and just seemed to fuel him with life. Those were the days he wished he had gone out to join a crew full time and truly become the lion Zsaria deserved. Besides that he grew to have little ambition and it was beginning to weigh on him. He would need to find his passion and quick! But for today he would simply find some company.
"Or better yet ..." He sighed softly and found himself a more relaxed position. "Perhaps company could find me." He yawned greatly and stretched out his paws, the front ones catching the ground with its claws and digging lightly. Those stretches always did feel like winning a battle and the victors received a shiver down their spine that truly created a wonderful atmosphere for napping.
If company would not stumble upon him though, he would certainly seek it.

It took a while for Nawiri to stumble out of her den. Her shoulder didn't hurt as harshly today as it had the days before. She had kept off of it for a few days, letting it rest. She had wrapped her shoulders in warm furs. It kept the cold at bay. It allowed her to walk easier.
So walk she did. She reveled in it, breathing easier than she had in a while. She'd have to work her shoulder constantly with the new warmth and hopefully one day in the future she'd be able to become a reaver.
She gave a small huff, wandering onward and almost stumbling over a blue male she did not see.

Had he been laying properly and not adjusted for a very unbecoming position Bjorn would not have had the pleasuring of nearly tripping a very disgruntled lioness. She was all wrapped up and seemed to be in such a rush, what on earth could be worth the trip or fall to get to. "Pardon my legs Miss." He said politely, though he was quite frustrated, he had just gotten comfortable and found her intrusion annoying. Just moments after speaking he shifted to pull his legs in and under himself and wrapped his tail about his side.
"May I ask what your apparent hurry is?" He had no way to fathom it was to simply enjoy the world around her, nor was he able to see an injury that was on her other side. He had not witnessed a warm fur treatment for an injured leg/shoulder or otherwise due to having never had one since being a fairly young cub doing one to many stunts.

The lioness tried not to feel flustered or embarrassed over the fact that she tripped over lion. It was not as if he blended in very well! If only she had been paying attention, she chastised herself.
"My apologies," she tilted her head a bit in a slightly bow. "I was simply enjoying a walk around and wasn't paying attention where I was walking," she explained herself. He did not seem angry, but that meant very little sometimes. She shifted on her paws, taking the weight off her shoulder some.
Jito winced a bit at the pain of the motion, but hoping the male took the grimace as her feeling bad rather than intense pain.

"Your apologies mean nothing, you don't appear to have respect for the world around you." Bjorn had already shifted himself into a more comfortable position that was also better out of the way. That entire time she had taken to apologies and stories, neither of which actually meant much to him. If she had simply been paying attention to her surroundings she would have caught that he was laying there. He had no ability to camouflage himself into the world, his pelt simply didn't allow for it.
Than a grimace met the lionesses eyes and face, or so it had appeared. Had Bjorn paid more attention himself than he would have known, but he didn't, how ironic. "What is that you are wearing?" Blunt, it was beginning to become his style, he found quickly that as he aged the less he cared for manners. Respect was one thing, manners were another. Since, to him, the lioness had very little respect than she would receive none from him.

She wanted to snarl at him, but she didn't want to raise his ire. It wasn't as if she could protect herself - not with her shoulder... "Perhaps if you didn't lay in my path," she said sweetly, smiling. Anger bubbled a bit under her skin, but there was no reason to reveal it.
She tossed her bangs out of her eyes. She didn't want to reveal the wounded shoulder to the reaver, and talking about the furs might reveal it. She hated her shoulder and it's significance! She would be a reaver if not for it. "They're just furs," she told him shortly, but with equal sweetness.

"Just furs?" He stated this as though before she could respond he had already lost interest. The Reavers eyes had not moved though, they stayed glued to her and very focused on those 'just furs'. "You're very decorated for one whom simply wanders around and appears to be wasting time. Are you at least an entertainer?" Bjorn spoke with a matter of fact tone in his voice. Why would anyone waste furs on a lioness like this. It was in these moments during his thoughts that he had begun to pick through real ideas as to why she would have them.
Family heirlooms? Probably not.
Taking pride in a kill? Again, probably not.
Injured?
He hadn't even considered that the lioness was injured, not that it would have changed his tone or mood. She was still not paying attention to where she had been headed. "Speak up lioness!" His tone became sharp and stare transformed into a glare.Seaki I am having a heck of a time responding to some of these RPs lmao Sorry about the wait, I'm trying :3

"Perhaps I am," Nawiri responded with the same false kindness, though the bite of annoyance flowed through. "Why should I tell one who is so rude," she huffed. She hadn't even really tripped over him - or really touched him! Really - reavers! Thinking they were the best of everything! And rude as well.
Though, she did want to be one. It mattered not, the lion was just a rude male and she wouldn't stand by it, even with her injury. She wanted to snarl and snap at him, rend his eyes from his flesh.
"And keep your tongue, or someone might remove it! There's no need to be snippy."
Oh how she missed Saraneth - she was gone far too long and the other lioness commanded a lot more respect. How this lion was speaking to her, she might as well be a thrall!

Bjorn stared at her, though more through her than anything. His interest in her company was dwindling and his anger quickly turning to a rumble of annoyance that was easily convinced to nap rather than further discuss things, and so he stared. Snapping back as she threw a couple harsh words at him he almost smiled. Something in this moment really tickled him and almost brought a laugh.
"It's okay to not admit what you are, you probably wouldn't be a very delightful entertainer anyway.. you're clearly clumsy as can be." The boredom was clear on his maw by this point, eyes were distracted by everything, mind wandering slightly than she uttered her last words before a silence was formed between them. It was at this point that Bjorn had actually found himself getting up. It was a slow motion that allowed his full, large body to show it's true colors. The Reaver was heavy, in the gut and in the shoulders. It gave him a slightly advantage in the 'defense' department, but also in the 'oh heck he's big' department.
"Was that a threat.. or a promise lioness." He stared at her hard, sure the words had simply been a matter of fact way to ask him to shut the heck up, but he allowed himself to get excited about a potential fight. That was something he hadn't experienced in some time, but would love to do so once again.

Jito clenched her teeth before taking a deep breath in through her nose. She counted in her head in an attempt to calm herself. There was no need to get angry over silly males. They were all dumb as rocks, and she hated that she sunk to his terrible level. She gave a one-shouldered shrug, keeping off her bad shoulder.
"I am a delight," she said, loftily, and rather as a fact. "If you can't see that, then your mane is obviously obscuring your vision," she told him quite seriously. She snorted a laugh. She shook her head.
"See you around," she shrugged him off, strolling away leisurely, attempting to make it seem like the encounter didn't effect her - make her angry or shaky at all. She would have to go hide for a bit, and he'd probably forget all about her soon.
