So I have a lot of Stormborn. I only just realized how MANY, to boot... And they all need RP in some form! I'm also open to some plots, and finding new things for some of my lot to do with themselves besides RP until their next boning session xd

Meet Yu, the oldest male in his family within the Vikings. He is Shetani's oldset son, and the older half-brother of Susu, and Shetani's litter born in the lands. Since he's the common point between them all, he's gotten Susu to call Shetani's children her brothers and sisters, even if they don't share a father.

He can be rather stoic, and a bit of a stick in the mud, but he generally has a good heart. He knows lions come in from the outside and keeps quiet about his pedigree, since Susu's pointed out he's probably related to half the lions everywhere. He's got an agreement with the priestess Thokk, something he's sure Susu knows about but won't discuss it with her.

Susu isn't a nice lioness. This is very telling in how she treats the family's Thrall, Amaranth. She also tends to keep rabbit corpses on her person, changing them out when they begin to smell bad. She is particularly interested in having seer children, so much so that she actually cubnapped Munyu when he was just a small cub.

Sometimes Susu speaks in riddles, and often has a creepy toothy grin on her face when she does so. Some of her motivation is purely to creep others out, simply because she enjoys it. What she considers her best achievement is stealing her cousin's mate and managing to make him forget his old life.

Munyu spent most of his life knowing Susu to be his mother, Yu to be his uncle, and Shetani to be his grandmother, and then later Shetani's cubs to be his aunts and uncles. This all changed when he went with Ru's band on what was to be an impossible quest... And ran into the pirate Pilipili in the process. While he now knows the truth about how he came to the Stormborn, he doesn't begrudge Susu for it, as, given the story Pili told about their birth mother having died when they were juveniles, he could very well be dead right now. He's conflicted on how to feel, though, that his brother is a pirate, his sworn enemy, even if they parted on somewhat decent terms as far as brothers go.

Munyu's visions, as a seer, see the present - He sees things that happen to his brother, Pili, as even growing up apart they still have a special sort of bond as twins. Like his uncle, he can be rather stoic, but he's also eager to prove himself. On the quest with Ru's band, he became painfully aware of how little experience he has compared to the much older lions he was around, due in part to Susu coddling him so much. He hopes to remedy this eventually.

As with many in this post, Azi Dahaka is not native to the Stormborn. He is, in fact, native to the Refilwe Oluchi, a pride that's long since disbanded. Being an old lion, he felt he was more suited to a pride he could be well-sheltered in, without having to worry TOO much about old injuries from his younger days, but still challenge him to remain fit. It took him two tries, but he was finally able to get in. Now he just has to learn everything about the pride(He's confident in his ability to do so) and become a Lawspeaker, his ultimate goal within the pride.

Azi is a very tradition-minded lion, and heavily prejudiced against non-lions. The fact they're kept as Thralls appeals to him, and he's not said either which way what he thinks of lion Thralls. He doesn't appear to particularly care either way. What he is vocal about is that he agrees with the current ways - Lionesses have their place, and that's at the den with the cubs, IF they're not hunting for the males.

Haki can't remember much about his early life. He knows he has a lot of family - In fact, he has an identical twin brother! Plus he has a non-twin brother, and two sisters, and some 20 aunts and uncles. He just can't remember who they ARE, what their NAMES are. Part of this is Susu's doing, but the other part is his own doing, for whatever reason. He came to the Stormborn with Susu and Yu, who are both cousins of his - He is their first cousin, and they are his second cousins. How he squeaked in, he isn't sure, because he's not much of a fighter.

Forgetting part of himself aside, Haki loves nothing more than to sing. Music is all around, in the trees and water and... Well, everything. He loves to hear it, and will sometimes shush others until he's done listening, as mad as this can make Susu. He does have things he's not keen on - If another male hits on him, he'll probably just hit them. He can't remember why, but he does nothing to correct this notion of his.

Shetani is one of her few littermates who's had children - While she's unaware of it, her brother, Uzalishaji, has had children of his own that went on to spread across Africa as much as her own. She's had three litters in her life, Yu being her first-born overall. She has a history with litters with dark lions, though - Her second was sired by the half-brother of Yu's father, Toshiro, and her third by Al-Hattal. The first time was love, the second insistence from Toshiro, the third time... She just likes dark lions at this point. Plus he was VERY charming about it... And she's not regretted it.

Despite Susu not truly being hers, she still dotes on the lioness as if she were Shetani's own child. The fact she's Yu's half-sister on his father's side may help with this. She's very shy otherwise, the results of not only her time with Toshiro, but being from a VERY large pride before this. She's also afraid about lions finding out about her pedigree, not because of who she's related to, but the accident of her parents being second-cousins.
Want: RP, a fling with a VERY dark lion - He needs to be nearly black. The only way he can be NOT in the pride is if he's a god, so gonna start that search WITHIN the pride first!

Also known as Norman, Shemali is Shetani's youngest son... And it shows. Very unlike Yu, who got seperated from his mother at a very young age, Norman has been sheltered and coddled, and while his littermates have gone off to do their own thing AWAY from the home den, Norman's been content to stick around the family. He's got no aspirations to be a Reaver, preferring to play with mixing things like berries and mushrooms to make potions and the like. He's a very scientific mind, analyzing everything around him and looking for new ingredients.

Somewhat like his mother, Norman is a shy lion, though more because he's not sure how to act around others. He's very hit and miss with it, stumbling with one lion but not another - Part of this is going into ramblings about his latest finds and studies. He doesn't approve of keeping Thralls, especially lions as thralls, even if Yu says that the one the family keeps is out of necessity. He has some secrets he keeps, afraid others will find out.

Like her mother, Urdr is both a seer and rather creepy. Where her twin sister sees the future, Urdr sees the past, something their mother has tried to exploit. But being individuals, Urdr and Skuld tend to use their own powers to AVOID their mother. Usually where Skuld is found, Urdr isn't far behind, the two sometimes hiding their tails, the easiest method to tell them apart, so that they can fool others.

Urdr likes to tease others a lot, especially the boys. She's been known to push the family's Thrall around, sending her on wild goose chase errands just to watch her jump to it. When she's not tormenting poor Amaranth, she's often found simply out walking, never hunting - She tried a few times, but her visions got in the way every time, making her see past events and thus spectacularly missing the prey.

Skuld is actually rather different from her mother and sister - She's not the creepy sort at all! Instead, she can be rather nice, trying to use her visions of the future to help others. But a problem comes in the fact that everywhere she goes, Urdr is there behind her, and she hasn't the heart to tell her sister off.

A sweet lioness, Skuld only wants to enjoy the things in life in the here-and-now. She gets enough of the future from her seer visions, and more than enough of the past from her sister. She enjoys smelling the flowers, and it could easily be inferred that she has flowers in her blood. She doesn't care, though, she's not ashamed. She knows it makes everybody else look better by comparison, and feels that somebody should.

Bodil is... Frustrated. She wants nothing more than to be a Reaver, which is probably unsurprising. She's the only sister in a litter that contains 4 boys, and was born before the changing of Warlords. She's not happy about the change, refusing to just be some lion's stay-at-home wifey-poo. Instead... She plans on having a stay-at-home hubby-poo, and she knows exactly who it will be - Norman.

Very strong-willed, Bodil tries to get anything she wants that she can with force. She fully intends that Norman will be her husband, since she believes he has iron hidden in that blood SOMEWHERE... She's not fond of some of Norman's family, though, finding his sister, Susu, creepy, as well as at least one of Susu's daughters. She's as bold as she is strong-willed, and not afraid to speak her mind, including her displeasure at being able to be a Reaver.
Want: RP - One would count as her JRP! She was supposed to have been in the pride the whole time, her and her brothers left there with their father by their mother so they'd have structure in their lives, but... The certs never happened xD;

Istif is a native of the pride, born and raised. Her mother was very tradition-minded and a dutiful wife, and Istif plans on doing the same. Part of this is her rearing, the other part is that she HAD sisters... They became Reavers and died for it. In fact, she's the last member of her family left, something she believes to be because of her tradition-bound mindset.

While quite the bit a lady, Istif isn't one afraid to get her paws dirty. Sure, she keeps her fur clean, but she's been known to dig around for just the right something or other. While she's not one to go off being a Reaver, she's capable of defending herself and fighting off those she needs to.

He just PREFERS they stay home.

While he was born one of the two middle cubs of the litter, Vali is quite protective of his three sisters. He's quick to jump in and help those in need, and has a strange sense of justice to his doings. He aspires to be a Reaver one day, and bring his family honor and pride. When asked who he is, sometimes he answers with great pride that he is Vali Magnusson.

Amaranth comes from a large family... A VERY large family. It's not that she has a lot of brothers and sisters - On the contrary, she only has two brothers and three sisters. She also doesn't have a lot of uncles - Only one, on her father's side. No, she has a lot of aunts. A LOT. Only two are from her father, the rest are from her mother's side, because her grandfather got around. A lot. In fact, lions old enough know exactly where a certain salmon-pink coloration, especially as a nose-to-tail stripe, comes from. And she's deeply ashamed of it. When Yu caught her and enslaved her, she felt it was a good punishment, even if it wasn't her wrong. To complicate things further, her mother's most loyal father had, for a time, enslaved Yu's mother, and while the older lioness doesn't begrudge Amaranth for something the dark lioness didn't do... She feels she can't be appologetic enough.

Amaranth is by no means a shy lion. She's also not brash and bold, she just knows when to say something and when not to. While she did start her servitude feeling she would be repenting, she now feels her repentance is done, thanks in part to Shetani telling her so. She's an adequate hunteress, both of conventional prey and random things Susu asks of her. She's not sure what she'll do with herself if and when Yu lets her Thralldom end.

Knurren was born in the camp of the Exiles. The only life she's known is that of being a Thrall, and firmly believes her place is serving and protecting her lion overlords. She doesn't feel she's mistreated, and is happy with her life.

While sweet-natured, Knurren can be rather fierce when provoked, or when a lion she feels she's protecting is in danger. She's well-aware that hyena jaws can crush bone, and won't hesitate to use this to her advantage if she feels it's needed.

Mtindi is well aware of what he is - A creature caught between the worlds of lions and cheetahs. He doesn't begrudge his parents of this fact, though, and doesn't personally mind. It's just caused him some problems in life, including... Being caught and made a Thrall. He's not happy about this lot in his life, and he's even less happy that he's stuck with Niju for it.

Rather brash, Mtindi tends to have trouble holding his tongue. Because of this, he's got a few scars, and has yet to 'learn his lesson.' While he does consider Niju his closest friend, he's often exasperated at the other cheeton's insistence on them all being cheetahs.

Possibly because of his encounters with others, or the fact he's an infertile hybrid, Mtindi is an aromantic asexual.

Niju just can't figure out why cheetahs would own each other and treat each other so badly. Nevermind that what he believes are other cheetahs are, in fact, lions... He finds Knurren and her family to be the strangest cheetahs of all, with their long ears and noses and their funny tails.

Happy to help anybody, Niju is a cheeton under the impression he's actually a full-blooded cheetah like his mother. He knows everybody calls him a cheeton, a hybrid, and in some cases a freak of nature, but this all just rolls off his back as he just keeps on smiling. Nothing can seem to convince him otherwise, and he doesn't care to be corrected on his belief. He's met his father once, and thought him a very fat cheetah, and has no idea yet that he has a half-brother and half-sister in the pride.

Because he's infertile, Niju has no sexual attraction, but he does have a ROMANTIC attraction - He's heteroromantic. Simply being able to have romance is enough for him.

XD emotion_bigheart I am always open for RP!!

I have a lioness who tends to a garden, and I think she'd get along famously with Shemali'bwana. Perhaps she could even supply him with various plants for his alchemy practices!

I have any number of lions who I can offer for JRP for Bodil, of course.

I also have a great many Freeborn old blood ladies - I think Istif and Gyllene might do well as friends, or Istif and Dalla. Gyllene is a healer, and Dalla a crafter.

I also have a bunch of thralls, one of which is a hybrid! Lollys is pretty simple-minded (and she's also fertile, though everyone believes that she isn't) and is harshly used by many of the males in the pride simply because they don't think her capable of birthing cubs. She would make a good friend for any of your thralls.

Another of my thralls is a granddaughter of Al-Hattal (which is no big thing since I know he's got a veritable boatload of spawn), but Badoura considers herself to be the Thrallmother, and strives to look after all of the thralls. She's found quite a few decent homes with Freeborn, and she'd be good for any of your Thralls or any of your Freeborn looking for a thrall. :3

LAST BUT NOT LEAST is Brynja (her cert lies, she's actually high-priestess), who has (in secret) gotten herself knocked up by her seer thrall in hopes of obtaining more seers of her own. She's going a bit nutty and very power-hungry. Her children will be passed off as Yakuti's (her adopted daughter) so that Brynja can maintain a modicum of respect from those in the pride. She is very suspicious of the other priestesses in the pride, especially those who collect seers as well.

For Shetani I have a potential fling fellow: Voldemaras. He's an older lion, but he's still got it. He's kind of gruff around the edges and remembers the "good old days" fondly, but he's fairly liberal as far as who should be out viking. He also has a million RPs.*

Also, I have one of Knurren's brothers. I think Kath (who owns their mum and the lioness who owns their mum) has had most of the family relocate to the main pride with the lion who owns their mother, but I would love to RP Rosvo and Knurren's reactions to stuff, like Ru's band, traveling, and the pride proper.

* It's worth noting that Voldemaras is Aesir's father, although neither lion knew of the relationship, so any cubs of his would be related to all of Aesir's brood.

I think we talked about Susu and Brynja before, collecting seers together emotion_dowant And the fact Susu's a seer herself would likely HELP that xd Of course, Susu's got a harder time hiding that a cub ISN'T hers, since only her and some of her children have the same wing marking she has lol But if her and Brynja are working together, I'd say it's safe to assume the twins and Munyu likely know her whee RP with Susu and Brynja, Y/Y?
