Natural Ability:
Minor Magic –Nekomata's are capable of minor hex magics, while not at the level of a Djinn or a Witch/Warlock, they can hold their own.
At the moment, Ryou is capable of some trip jinxes and some flashy sparks that don’t do any real damage but may tickle a bit. He wants to add darkening rooms, creating loud thunderclaps and lightning in the background, and all together necessities for an evil declaration to his repertoire but he needs to find a teacher who is fine with their use in his shenanigans.
Personality:
In general, Ryou is a good-natured little twerp who pulls pranks because what else is life but an ADVENTUREEEE. Leave through the window if you can, stairs are so out of fashion, and oh look, ha, made you look. Giving people a good laugh may very well be considered a public service. Nobody seems to quite know what he is thinking sometimes. He gets into the most bizarre situations and he hates explaining. He’s that person who is wandering around the halls asking for phoenix eggs, black yarn, and mermaid hair, and he’s too busy to waste time talking to you if you don’t have the stuff he needs and you really don’t want to know what he’s doing anyway. And he didn’t mean to cause that explosion, really.
More empathetic than most people, he usually has a general gist of how other people feel around him and this has helped him in just managing to toe the line between a prankster who people like or at least don’t mind and an utter annoyance who people just want to throw out the window. He knows when to stop, but if he doesn’t like the victim of the prank, he tends to get purposely carried away. He feels a bit bad afterwards, but he means no real harm. It’s all for good fun.
And if he sees you as a friend, he will always be there if you need him to listen to rants, problems, and stories. He will laugh at all the right parts and do the best to make you laugh as well. He is very protective of his friends and would play some very cruel jokes on anyone who is stupid enough to mess with one of his.
But he does have a bit of an inferiority complex and deep down, he knows it. He just doesn’t want to deal with it. He has always had an older sister who is smarter, better, taller than him and sometime in his childhood, he just gave up trying to live up to all her glory. He would rather go with the flow and put in whatever effort he feels like into his work rather than risk putting in all his effort and then having the results being merely average. He hates taking anything seriously and indulges himself in his nonsense because he feels that if he were to stop and think, he would find himself aimless and that everything is really a big old pile of nothing.
Is quite clever, but acts stupid sometimes because he is lazy.
Hobbies and Quirks:
Pilfering – He takes your food when you’re not looking. He is also probably why you can’t find a pen when you need it.
Height – He is pretty sensitive about his height. If you are six inches or more taller than him when he meets you, he will already sorta kinda hate you for that respect.
Girls – Doesn’t really like them. Reminds him of his sister. He will bite you if you pinch his cheeks and call him cute.
Grumpkins – He doesn’t know why but there’s clearly an infestation of them in his room or something. They’re everywhere. He doesn’t really care though. Think they’re okay as long as they don’t start pooping all over his stuff.
A bit of Family History:
Ryou is from a very old and distinguished demon family. He has a sister who is five years his senior who is the pride of the family. He is best buddies with his grandmother and then pull off dumb pranks together sometimes.
Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy?
Through a mutual agreement, Ryou and his parents thought that it was best for him to attend a school rather than have home tutors like his sister did. He never really paid attention to them and didn’t like how they were continuously comparing him to his sister. He wants to get out of the house. His parents thought that being around people more his age would be good for him.
FEAR Ability:
