Upon their ascension to adulthood the predatory form also includes a set of functional wings that match the colors of the feather cloak worn in bipedal form. These cloaks are each made by hand by the tezcatlipoca during their 'rights of ascension' (something about these 'cloaks' may look oddly familiar to members of the Quetzalcoatl clan...).
