Personality:
Benji possesses a nearly insatiable curiosity. He's always keen on investigating anything he doesn't understand; he'll sometimes get himself into trouble by wading right into something he's not ready to handle in an effort to learn more about it, and is loath to let anything go until his curiosity is satisfied.
This eagerness to learn leads him to be hardworking, often getting deeply absorbed into whatever task is at hand. He's also a bit too proud of himself at times for his own good, being something of a show-off and feeling deeply embarrassed should he fail at whatever he's attempting. In spite of his pride, however, Benji is fun-loving and usually up for a good time, provided he's not too deeply engrossed in something already.
He has a few strange quirks: the scent of green tea gives him a warm, fuzzy feeling deep inside, though he can't stand the actual taste of it in his mouth; he hates small, enclosed spaces; and cars and similar vehicles make him extremely nervous. If you asked him why he has these quirks, he'd just shrug and change the subject, inwardly miffed because he hates to admit that he has no idea why he feels this way.
Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? Having arrived in Halloween with no memory, scarce knowledge, new abilities and much curiosity, he soon enough learned that Amityville was the most prestigious school; this appealed to both his pride, and his curiosity. Ever hungry for knowledge, he decided he must apply immediately.

Physical Description:
His natural form is that of a rather large housecat, with dusty gray-gold fur that has prominent black tabby stripes. His fur is of medium length, long enough to have protected his old, living self from the cold, but not long enough to tangle easily or have overheated him. His paws are prominently large and strong-looking.
In the humanoid form bestowed by his student pin, he is somewhat on the short side, stocky and muscular, with somewhat olive skin, similar to his base fur color as a cat. He has a long, furry tail, carried proudly erect, and feline ears, slightly curved back at the top, perched atop his head.
