My blood pressure is way too high, especially my dumb bottom number. I got 162/112. Average was like 160/106. It’s weird, cuz I went to rest in my bed earlier and could feel my heart pounding in my upper chest and head area. When I woke up my heart was still pounding. Even at rest my heart is still working too hard. Sometimes it feels bad where I can hear my heartbeat in my ears. I’m sure it’s nothing, used to it.

Woke up of course to heart palpitations again. eek Blood pressure is 164/118. What’ll happen if I make it higher? Working my heart to death so it can fail and eventually stop so my feet and belly get swollen.
Heard on radio about people who recently had a heart attack or stroke, and they said what their blood pressure was and their bottom number was only in like 100 to 105 or something. My bottom number is slightly higher always around 110. Wonder when my heart attack will come. Cuz bottom number is your pressure when the heart is at rest. Meaning it’s not resting. Want to get my bottom number to like 120s or 130s to see what happens. Hehe

My elbow wrinkles are really bad. There’s a guy in his 40s and he barely has like 1,line of elbow wrinkles. Where I have like 4 to 5. Weird. My hands are shaking to.

If it was 2007 again, oh god you guys would have given me premature gray or white hair.
Oh god, if this keeps up I’m gonna have salt pepper hair soon.
-hears a video of a girl with abnormal heart beat yet she laughs- that’s me lolz. Don’t make me feel like an old man. I have 100s of white gray hairs. Ok I give up I’m old lolz.

Urghh when young kids talk to me I sometimes hold my hand to my ear and go “huh? “
I’m soo old compared to them. I’m 30 but I feel like 40 is gonna happen like overnight:

People who are young will notice I have a bunch of gray white hairs. A kid says “hey mom why does that person have soo many gray white hair? His brother then shouts out “your dumb, it’s cuz he’s old.” Brother says oh ok. Then leave but then I worry. I look in mirror and see my white hairs and just say “I’m old, wow. Soo much gray hairs. Ok I give up I’m agiing.

I heard the heart is a permanent muscle twitch.
