Personality:

Lina is (as are all Nessy-created characters) an incredibly friendly, social young woman who doesn't seem to understand that there is a can and a cannot. Her determination and will are made of diamond-hard resolve and though she might seem flighty and empty-headed, she is very much not. Emelina is actually quite intelligent with hands that can be steady in a crisis. With a mother who is a surgeon and a father who is retired military it explains a lot about where this part of her personality would have been cultivated and developed.

Still, most people think of Emelina as a little crazy (which is rather true) but she's so affable about it that it hasn't truly impacted her life much. She admits it, embraces it, and makes it her own. If you hadn't yet guessed that there is always more to Emelina than she shows on the surface, you wouldn't be the first. Everything she actually thinks and feels is hidden beneath this affable exterior. Sometimes there really is nothing more than fluff and feathers. Other times she is smiling outwardly but roiling inside.

Suffice to say she is very complicated.

Why did your human character choose to become a Hunter?

Pre-med student with a surgeon for a mother who has been raised with military precision from a decorated father, what's not to like? Emelina herself is a pre-med student with high prospects that could be put to use for Deus. After an incident with her fiance that left him hospitalized she was approached for recruitment.

Never before had she spoken about things she'd felt or seen, chalking them up to eating too much sugar or other superstitions. Yet when speaking to the hunter recruiting her everything made just a little too much sense, fell a little too into place, to ignore. Not only was she offered the opportunity to learn at an accelerated pace the kind of medicine that she wanted to practice, she was offered that experience in a place where only an elite few could practice.

Emelina is still unsure she made the right decision to leave behind her fiance, her family, and her future but she's determined to do the very best she can for Deus Ex.

Type of Weapon: A pair of scissor blades. NOTE: This is the inspiring shape of the weapon mostly for the hilt shape. I would like the blade to more reflect the mermaid shark an Adaro is rather than be a straight copy of the blades.
Former species of weapon: Adaro
Gender: Oh so very male.

Personality:

Dhakir never outright says what he is thinking. If he can be vaguely cryptic and smug, he will be. He's incredibly inappropriate on almost every topic or in any situation imaginable, enjoying the reactions that he gets from his hunter as well as anyone he might talk to in golem form. While appearing outwardly indolent do not let this lure you, as that is what it is designed to do. Once he has you on his hook Dhakir shows the nature of the shark-like merman he is, biting deep once your guard is down. His relationship with Eme is a bit fractious due to the fact he is what even the nicest person might consider an a*****e.

Weapon Ability

[ Trainee - Bite of the Deep ] - Of the Bite class, Eme's blades look as if they have suddenly become serrated with shark teeth at their edges. This appearance lasts as long as the ability and allows the teeth to 'stick' into the other opponent, leeching their life for Emelina's shield. Think Leech Seed, only with shark teeth.
