Like, there's so many instances where you'd think the NPCs would go, "******** this, let's grab our swords and dice this a*****e" but they don't. The only examples of this I can think of are the Myreque, or the Crux Eqal. But these are react//ons to huge, world-threatening problems. That's the only time they act.
tl;dr I'm frustrated with the NPCs doing jack s**t about their circumstances. I'm probably nuts but I'm cur//ous to whether anyone else has ever contemplated this.
