The return home was met with many periods of rest and a few distractions. Though, as Hoaka had stated, they indeed came near the borders in around 2 days, possibly less. "We're almost there!" The pale lioness proclaimed, an eagerness in her tone that appeared instantly upon seeing very small familiar things. Quite a bit had changed, but Sabia simply felt it. This was home.

"What shall we find? Who shall we find? Oh it's like a treasure hunt!" Had she not been as weary as she was she may have bounced around, danced with joy and all sorts of things, but for now she let her voice do that for her.

Once Sabia`Nafsi had taken in enough of the view to have concrete evidence she was home she realized how tired she was. "Why don't we take a moment?" She offered Hoaka. Though it had been a suggestion Sabia took it upon herself to promptly drop her rump and simply breath. She had forgotten the beautiful smells of their home, it felt amazing to be there again.

Hoaka had been powering through the travel well, of course unlike Sabia he wasn't just recovering from injuries. He rested when Sabia needed rest but other than that he had been trudging along at a pace to match Sabia's happy to spend all the time he could with his mate, they had spent too much time apart in his opinion and now he was making it all up.

"Yes darling we can rest." he said taking a seat next to her. He was scanning the area looking to see if there was anyone else in the vicinity. He had hoped they would see other pride members before now. He was worried that they were going to get back to the lands and see nothing but a snow covered field with no signs of life.

Still though his guard was up, he didn't want any surprises.

Safura sat quietly in the open, staring down the open path that lead into their home. She was sure that it was the right day that they would arrive. The day she had seen in her vision, which brought her all the way back to her childhood home where her sons had been born. Where she was happy with Kosoko before the mountain took it all away from them.

She contemplated not coming back at all, even going as far as to ignore the vision she had at first. But it would always resurface, more vivid and colorful before her eyes as she slept and woke. Eventually she gave into it and came back here, her mind reeling at the idea of what it had presented to her. How could she, someone with no ruling experience and little desire to do so, be able to bring a pride back from death?

Despite the impossibilities of her vision, here she sat waiting. She glanced back occasionally at her sons, who retained no memory of this place, playing in the snow that covered portions of the forest floor. It was their first time seeing the snow, and while she too hadn't seen the snow so often as she grew up, she had seen it.

"Where are you two...," She murmured to herself, glancing back and forth between Tiggi and Rook chasing themselves between snow piles, and the open path before her.
