Concerning Maeteq though, I think when we originally talked about her being a Noble, that was likely during the first incarnation I think. Since then the noble rank's requirements have changed around quite a bit. She'll have to been gifted the rank by Heinrich or Elisheba personally for some reason, or could be like Emerce in that it wasn't her, but her family gifted Noble. The exact reason is up to you and you can easily assume that either of them that gifted it to her. If you have it being Heinrich, chances are he was kinda flirty with her~
