As sanity leaves my consciousness........

Once Dr. Sail had left him to his work, Zero would get started. Like he predicted, the doctor did have the things he needed, including plenty of samples for experimentation. A couple hours passed, he whipping about to complete his serum of sorts. Within that time frame, he was able to make a batch of what he needed in order to fill a handful of needles which he would barrow from his new ally for now. Though he questioned Sail's intentions, he did have the answers to his problems. He would be seen packing the syringes into his coat pockets carefully, making sure that the needles were covered somehow and were firmly in place.

Zero turned towards the doctor when he told him to cover his needles with the rubber pieces given to him. Well, thrown to him really. He nodded and began doing just that when Sail decided to check up on a subject. He found his experiments a little less than desirable, but decided against saying anything against it for the time being.

Dr. Mitaki looked up when he heard the Tank running about wildly above them both. He doubted that the behemoth would be able to reach them, at least any time soon anyways. He would finish with his safety procedure before he turned to Sail once more. He planned on leaving soon enough, but had to wait for the undead above to leave. He would be sure to return though. But until then, he became curious of the man's work. "So what exactly are you trying to accomplish with these test subjects anyways?"

Zero frowned as the doctor explained what he was doing down here. He figured that his work would be used to help humanity, not aid in ending it. It would seem like Sail's mind was greatly effected by the serum he had created for himself. Sure, he was fast, but at the cost of his sanity? Zero had little room to complain since he has claimed lives before, but at least he fought the urges.

"You plan to use these monsters to attack the humans remaining in this world?...... Well, Doctor, it seems like we have different goals for the future. I thank you for helping me, but I believe I will take my leave now." With that, he would simply wave and start for the exit. Surely the large undead above them would be done rampaging about now that the screaming had ended so he figured it was time to get going. With his antidote of sorts in his jacket pockets, he was confident that he could go on for a week or so without losing his mind. He would disappear behind the corner before climbing up the latter, leaving Dr. Sail to his madness. Zero had a bad feeling about leaving him alone with this plan in mind, but he did indeed help him out for the most part. At the very least, he would leave him alone this time.
