1. Increased Speed (Can't keep up with 40+ mph cars. Max speed would be 25-30 mph after getting used to his powers) 2. Increased Strength (Can't break through walls but can start to leave impact marks.) 3. Genius Intellect & Senses (He can come up with solutions to problems quickly and he can sense drifters up to a few miles around him)
Most of these are due to his infection, which seems to have halted short of him turning and only granting him slightly above average human abilities.

Personality: Known to be a hot head, but can work well with others if he has too. He was dropped into the city just a few days ago to find his sister.
Jacyne doesn't talk much about his past, just tells people he teaches parkour and CQC to those willing to learn. He arrived to this city due to hearing about his sister possibly being here. Upon the drop into the city he was bit, by a Dilettante, but no one believes him. After being found he was put into the holding cells to await his judgement.

If he is infected, but not turned he would be a hybrid EVEN if he doesn't know it (which I think he would have some idea if he has the powers he does.)
With his powers, put to what extent? Super fast like, 60 MPH or can run 80 MPH, or what?
Strength as well, like what extent?

With your Weakness, could you be little more descriptive? What can stop him AND his powers? If he is super strong, then what would be considered over powered long with speed. make since?

With his strength I gave the example that he can't break a wall but can leave impact marks in one, added for speed as well. Added in that he doesn't know that he's a hybrid just yet either.
