Weapon: A metal sharp edged folding blade fan with seasonal motifs painted on it (Changes with the season)

Fear Ability: Dance of the Dancing Petals(Name subject to change)(Battle Cry)(Song Used: Senbon Sakura Mirror Dance) - The song which is played and projected by her Fear starts and a fair amount of glowing cherry blossom petals are summoned the summoned petals then 'dance' with the dancers floating and swirling in time with their movements while a few more are summoned as the dance continues at the end of the song when all the fear needed is gathered up the dancers dance in a circle where all the petals gather and form a petal tornado the petals themselves also become sharp when the song ends the dancers move behind the petal tornado launching it at the opponent

The whole song and dance takes 3: 51 and if it is interrupted or stopped the music will crackle or stop entirely however if swift enough she can start it again and continue however if badly interrupted it can cause a lowering of power or stop the attack all together

Natural Ability: Backup Dancers
She can summon up to three humaniod familiars which act as her back up dancers for large scale dances the familiars don't in any way enhance the power of the dance they simply add flare and fullness they also serve as friends and companions to her outside of dancing

.: What is a Fan Dancer Reaper? :.

Fan Dancer Reapers are a very old specie of Reaper themed partly off Japanese Kabuki and Noh performers however instead of theater they specialize in dance they are called Fan dancers because the trademark weapon of the specie are ornate bladed fans which are usually much like the ones Kabuki and Noh performers use however a round one slips in occationally the way these Reapers gather fear is they entrance large audiences with their dances

Natural Abilities
Back Up Dancers - The user of this ability can summon humaniod familiars which act as back up dancers in their performance however they in no way enchance the fear power of the performance they simply add flare and fullness to it they also act as companions, friends, and familiar to the summoner often having a mental bond with them so that the summoner the head dancer doesn't have to verbally give them commands
Dream Dancers - For those Fan Dancers who don't want sentient living dancers this ability is for them instead of a physical breathing (or sometimes not) crew they can summon illusionary dancers which come and go at the users will these dancers are more flexible then the living familiar dancers because they can become whatever their summoner wants however on the flip size they don't get the real deep interaction from their illusions that one with familiars would
A Dance of Dreams - Because entrancing the audience and scaring them is their main goal some Fan Dancers have this helpful ability the user can project a mist or fog which slightly numbs the mind enough to make one feel as if they have fallen in a dream the drawbacks on this though is that it can only be used while dancing and a person with a strong mind or will can easily resist it

Old and New: Fan Dancers have kept up with the times while also maintaining their traditions their land of origin which is located in a Japanese like part of Halloween looks much like earth's Kyoto it is rich in beauty and tradition buildings while having modern ones here and there their garb too has kept up some outfits even having western influences technology and politices have kept but as well they are a piece of old japan which has merged with modern times and these things show up in their dancing as well! Some prefere the more traditional dance styles while many younger Fan Dancers take a more modern approach

Multilingual?
Because Fan Dancers perform all over halloween and on earth with license they teach their children both their native language and the common tongue of halloween and both languages are spoken fluently in their native lands because of this many Fan Dancers choose to either primarily speak one language or the other and some will sprinkle words from the other language in as well

Name: Shiki Ha-Maiogi
Type: Bladed Maiogi (Dance Fan)
Appearance: The fan is a typical Maiogi used in dance performances however what isn't typical about it is what makes it a Fan Dancer Reaper's Fan it is a bladed folding fan! Reach middle section of the fan is made of metal and ends being sharp and flat at the top even the two pieces at the end of the fan are made of metal

The motif painted on the Fan is what makes it ???'s in Halloween's spring the fan takes a pink and white theme with cherry blossom petals painted on the blades the scene is meant to show petals in the wind, in Summer the scene magically changes to greens and golds with leaves painted on the blades the scene is meant to be like sunlight pouring through the trees, in fall the fan changes to reds, oranges, and browns with maple leaves painted on the blades it is meant to show the falling of autumn leaves, and finally in halloween's winter the fan changes to whites and blues with snow flakes painted on the blades the scene is meant to show falling snow

The seasonal appearance of the weapon is why it is so named Shiki Ha-Maiogi which roughly translates to Four Seasons Cutting Edge Dance Fan

Battle Style

???'s battle style consists of her dancing around the battle fields while using her bladed fan like a sword to slash and cut at opponents however she can use her fan like a shield to block attacks such as projectiles and she's even studied a bit of Tessenjutsu so she knows how to use her fan much like a club however she's not very good at that yet

She also still cuts herself on her own fan sometimes if she's not being careful she's yet to learn how to dull the blade when she alone touches it like other Fan Dancer Reapers can so she has to be very careful when dancing lest she hurt herself with her own Fear...

Fear

How ??? uses her Fear is through seasonal themed dances she uses her Fear not only to perform the attack but to play the music and even summon temporary props! When the dance starts music begins to play out of nowhere as if there are invisible speakers all around if her focus is good and strong the music will be loud and clear like it's in HD however if she is tired, distracted, or her dance is disrupted the music quality may go down a good bit learning how to produce crisp clear music no matter her state of mind is something she is working towards also with her Fear she can summon temporary props and even create temporary set pieces though she's not good at the latter yet

(Because this is a quest char I'll detail what she'd like to do with her Fear as if she isn't enrolled yet which truthfully she isn't)


Behind the Fear: Dance of the Dancing Petals

Spring has a special place in ???'s heart she was born in spring, summoned her fan in spring, and even summoned her troupe in spring and so she wishes a spring themed dance to be her first Fear ability she's not yet mastered summoning props and is far from summoning set pieces so she's trying to do something simple just Sakura petals, her, her troupe, and her fan for now she hopes though as she learns more about Fear and improves her ability to use it that her dance will get fancier and more showy

???'s Troupe or back up dancers are a trio of Seasonal Dance Oni

What are Dance Oni you ask? Legend has it that long long ago there was a small race of Oni that love to dance and perform however they often caused much mischief and chaos with their dances they also were poorly done being random and unorganized the humans feared and hated these Oni and drove them from their homes dispirited and lost a Fan Dancer Reaper found the small group and taught them how to dance as he did the Oni learned quickly and the Fan Dancer Reaper soon found that while his dances weren't stronger with the Oni's presence the dances felt more complete and complex so the Reaper vowed that if the Oni would make a pact with him to come whenever he called and dance with him he would help them take vengeance on the humans who drove them out and so it was the pact was gladly made by the Oni and the troupe took their vengeance from then on Fan Dancer Reapers had the ability to summon Dance Oni as their familiars least... thats how the story goes

???'s Dance Oni are specifically season based as is her dance theme and they change with the season so each one always represents a season because having humaniod familiars is odd to some people most Dance Oni take a animal form and ???'s are no different the animal form the trio takes is that of a white one tailed Kitsune what indicates their current season is the color of their ear tips, paws, and tail tip Sakura Pink for Spring, Emerald Green for Summer, Burnt Orange for Fall, and Icy Blue for Winter the one thing that doesn't change however is their eye color

In their humaniod forms they always wear a seasonal version of ???'s outfit and always with a half Kabuki themed fox mask with the eye holes glowing a solid pupaless color always the color of their eyes in their animal form like their animal form the lines on the mask change color to represent the season they are in why they wear the mask and hide the upper part of their face and true eye color is unknown to everybody save ??? and she won't tell because it is their secret and they don't want it revealed yet
