As the last pilot left the room, Ryuu moved around to re-enter the room. Hazuko was less than surprised. "Captain, I request to be removed from mobile suit duty. I understand the uniqueness of the new suits, but-" The commander didn't look at the lieutenant as he retorted. "No, the Atama will be deployed along with the others.""You know I can't pilot, I'll be a liability!""Then fix it quickly. The Atam, Kyori, Sasu and Ryoko will be deployed as one unit, that's final."
"And if I can't?" The Lt. was concerned about the machine and his allies more than his own safety at the moment. After all, each time he deployed in a mobile suit he would be afraid of his own death than anyone elses. "When we reach Morgenroete, then you will be removed as its pilot. I can make no promises." The commander needed the Atama deployed along with the other units, otherwise the data for the project wouldn't be complete. That data would change the way war was fought.
Name: Haru Hazuko Genetic Type: Natural Rank: Commander Position: Uzumi Nara Captain Background & Personality: A true commander of Orb, Haru Hazuko has been a loyal Orb soldier since he could sign up. Before the advent of the M1 Astray, he was proud of the Orb's military might and felt it could defend against ZAFT or the Earth Forces without mobile suits. When the invasion of Orb happened, he was proven wrong and focused on generating his own anti-mobile suits tactics. Some of which were successful, and he was promoted to Commander by the end of the second war. He was selected as the Orb military's first choice to captain the Fujin, and he recommended his long-time crewmember Ryuu Taiki to transfer onto the ship as well. With Haru's experience, the recommendation was accepted.
Unlike his subordinate, Haru is a very serious and strict military commander. While he knows about the cost of war, he also believes war is sometimes a necessary evil. He holds a dislike for the Earth Alliance and ZAFT after each invasion on the Orb homeland. He also smokes often and has an occasional drink for celebrations. With his knowledge of the previous major gundam projects, he was the biggest supporter and influence on Project H(inode), and remained paranoid all the way to the launch ceremony. Appearance:
Name: Ryuu Taiki (23) Genetic Type: Coordinator Rank: Lieutenant Position: Uzumi Nara XO Background & Personality: Ryuu was an orphan at the age of 7, and since his parents customized his appearance , he wasn't adopted for a few years. As a Coordinator, he was advanced in schooling, but was ridiculed by natural children and their parents who condoned coordinators. He joined the military of Orb sometime after the events of Bloody Valentine in fear of Orb's inclusion as the war dragged on. While he was acceptable as an Astray pilot, his suit was destroyed on the first day of fighting and he choose to become a crewmen instead. Serving with a man named Hazuko, he was able to survive the first and second Bloody Valentine wars. He gained the rank of Lieutenant with Hazuko's personal request for him to be his XO on the Uzumi Nara.
Ryuu believes deeply in Orb's motto, but also thinks if someone has the ability to help others, they should whether it involves them or not. With the shock of his experience, he gets shaky when piloting a mobile suit. He also holds a grudge against Blue Cosmos for his parent's death. Name: Flay Allster (1cool Genetic Type:Natural / Carbon-human Rank: Ensign Position: Mobile Suit Pilot of Ghosts of Cosmos Background: With an odd turn of events, Flay was indeed killed during the first Bloody Valentine war. Her remains were recovered by the remnants of Blue Cosmos. Because she was the daughter of the Late George Allster. She became one of the new test subjects to have Carbon-human technology in her body. Some memory's and parts of her body were restored. She isn't the same Flay we used to know. We'll be reverse engineering some machines, and their technology will be put to better use before Orb begins full deployment. You and the rest of the Alliance have no idea what whispers passed between lips at that station. That is all you need to know for now however."
The meal trays came in, revealing tender beef cooked well, along with steamed vegetables. "I remember back when I could enjoy a proper meal. Steak... Wine... Gravity..." He paused only for a moment, looking at the plate in front of him and remembering his past before the conflict between Coordinators and Naturals before he began to cut into the beef.

He met with some lower members of Logos and they retreated into the debris belt as the second war ended. When Librarian Works acted, he took advantage of the aftermath and gathered up the remaining Logos sympathizers he could, as well as obtaining the carbon human and cloning technologies of Librarian Works. With these, he was able to raise their military force as well as declaring them the Ghost of Cosmos. He despises Coordinators for their abilities, believing that they flaunt their improved skills over Naturals.

Some action will be happening soon. I'll give a quick summary of who's going where, please be sure to check what faction you're in.)||
After a short time of recuperation, the Orb forces began a course back to the Earth sphere. Along with them came the Earth Alliance forces, which would break away and return to the Daedalus Lunar Base, now returned to the Earth Alliance after the second war.
The ZAFT forces, which were still formidable despite their great loses, plotted a course to the PLANTS. They needed to return Lacus Clyne back to the safety of the homeland and report to the council before deciding an action.
The Ghost of Cosmos continued on their path to the debris belt, receiving some reinforcements in the form of 4 Drake-class ships, but in the old fit without a positron reflector shield. Only five of the Taeru units were kept intact, receiving a repaint to distinguish them from Orb's, and reassigned to pilots such as Flay Allster.
The Loyalist ships halted their return course, maintaining their position waiting for the supplies from the main fleet. Unfortunately, the ships were near the path the ZAFT vessels would be required to take back to the PLANTS.

After the dinner of sorts, it was clocked as night so the shifts changed and each of his guests left for their own cell and quarters. Joseph stayed up well past a reasonable time to obtain sleep, insistent to go over the results from the dissection of Orb's new mobile suits. The frame and armor were normal, reinforced by way of a different frame design but nothing vastly important. Aside from the basic improvements Morgenroete seemed to incorporate, the frame contained a larger amount of electronic equipment than normal. He had no clue what Orb was up to with its new mobile suits, even though he thought about it through his sleep. Waking up for the next shift hours later, Joseph got himself punctual and returned to the bridge.

After a small argument with the commander, Ryuu returned to his bunk for rest, putting off a meal till after sleep. Waking up hours later, he ate his food quickly and proceeded to the hangar of all places. There, he began to run simulations on his Atama. While they were definitely better than actually piloting the mobile suit, he still had to control the shaking for a while. He got better at controlling it the longer he practiced, although focusing on his actual combat wasn't a primary thought and he died often.

After their meeting with the Supreme Commander, the captain of the small fleet sent off the pilots, and returned to his post until he shifted off to his XO. He ordered the ship stopped and set on standby until the supplies came from the Lenore. He wasn't high enough in command, or even relevant to learn about any new suits being developed, although if he was going to have new prototypes, he felt his division was going to be seeing a lot more action. He was surprised when he was awoken by his XO in alert to ZAFT ships passing through the area. "Send our pilots to their mobile suits, do not deploy unless absolutely necessary. We can not leave this area until those supplies arrive!" He closed the channel, preparing for combat and leaving his quarters for the bridge...

Still as nervous as he ever was back in the second war, Arthur had calmed down after retrieving the Chairwoman and setting a course back to the PLANTS. It was a great risk to bring her out of the safety of the homeland, but she had insisted on increasing relations personally with Orb. He shifted out after setting the course, and came back in to find that half an hour later, the AWAC operator spotted odd signatures nearby, and the captain instantly became anxious.
Name: Arthur Trine Genetic Type: Coordinator Rank: Black Coat Position: Captain of a Nazca Background: A veteran of the Second Bloody Valentines war, and second in command of the battleship Minerva, Arthur recieved a promotion and became captain of a Nazca class.
Spencer had already returned to his quarters when the comms kicked in and summoned him to the hangar. He's to standby in his unit, and so he did. Suited up and sitting in his cockpit with the hatch open, conversing with the others regarding the nearby vessel. " Nazca-class, huh... " he muttered to himself, awaiting further orders, his legs stretched resting on top of the panels, sitting somewhat leisurely.
Name: Spencer Halkelin Genetic Type: Coordinator Rank: Lieutenant Position: MS Pilot Background & Personality: A calm but rather foul-mouthed marksman, experienced his first combat during Operation Spitbreak, remained in service until the end of the second war. At first, It was not until 'Break The World' that he's aware of those loyal to the previous chairman banding together, which he'd then defect to upon the rise of Lacus Clyne successing Durandal along with quite an amount of others. Yaichiro got in the simulator, attempting to familiarize himself more with his Mobile Suit and learn how best to use its armaments. He'd asked for a Taeru Beam Rifle, but was not yet sure if the rifle was to be approved for his machine. He also attempted to figure out how to make it possible for the swords to extend their beam blades as shields, but that was also something he wasn't certain was possible. He'd also have to be careful with such an effort if successful, to avoid draining his battery too quickly.
As it was, he may just have to learn how to work as a specialist. He was thankful that his time in a Murasame had at least given him a good grounding in the needed disciplines, but he couldn't help but be well aware that he wasn't the best choice for his Mobile Suit.
Name: Yaichiro Kage, 20 Genetic Type: Coordinator Rank: Lieutenant, Junior Grade Position: Uzumi Nara Mobile Suit Pilot Background & Personality: Having lost his family during the First Bloody Valentine War and having no other prospects in spite of his fine academics, Yaichiro signed up for the Orb military to help deter a second invasion of Orb when he finished school. He realized that little had been settled with permanence in the conflict and soon found his fears confirmed. Not long after finishing his training, he found himself participating in the Second Bloody Valentine War as a MVF-M11C Murasame Pilot. He proved to be a good all-purpose pilot, having a predisposition for ranged combat but refusing to let his melee skills suffer as a result. His actions during the war promoted him a grade and would eventually see him assigned to the Uzumi Nara. Appearance:
