Nicknames: Ed. She doesn't really answer to anything else, generally speaking.

Faction: Monster
Race: Manticore (of the South Summit Manticores, distant cousins to the North Rock Manticores).

Natural Ability: Y1: Manticore have evolved to swallow their prey whole, posessions and all. They have a jaw that unhinges like a snake, and a complex digestive system that can handle metal and most foreign objects. Modern materials like plastic, however, can sometimes cause problems.

Despite her wings, she cannot fly - just like her brethren, her wings are made mostly for gliding and soaring over ice crevasses and wide expanses of crisp snow.

Personality: She dumb as hell. It's not that she tries to be stupid or dense. Ed can't really help herself. She doesn't really understand social cues. Rather, she usually completely misunderstands them, nodding sagely all the while she's thinking about her next snack, or what hair tastes like, or what would happen if she started digging a really deep hole and kept on digging - would she come out the other side of the world? Or would she just get really tired of digging? Why doesn't dirt taste good? It looks like it would taste good.

Ed's also a little bit loud, and believes the best way to get her point across concisely is to speak louder, and slower. If her conversation partner begins to speak over her, she will raise her voice a little more. Turn it up to eleven, and then turn it up a little bit more. And then turn it all the way up until your eardrums burst - but you're paying attention now, aren't you?

Ed is really bad at lying. She loves to lie, and she'll lie straight to your face if she thinks she's telling you exactly what you want to hear. She is never malicious about it, just stupid. Ed wants to be everyone's friend, even if it means she's lying every time she opens her mouth.

She's pretty fond of painting, and was actually pretty good at cave-painting figures on the walls of her clan's home. It's probably the only thing she's ever been good at, and probably the only thing she'll ever be good at.

Ed loves to eat. She'll eat anything she can get her greedy little hands on, even at the expense of her own health. She has, on more than one occasion, eaten herself sick - and she's got a hell of a sweet tooth. And a sour tooth. A savory tooth. A bitter tooth, a spicy tooth. She's got a lot of teeth.

Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? Because her cousin is there, and the rest of her clan has heard the great stories of Arcadia the Manticore and her great success. JK, it's mostly because she wanted to go because it isn't fair that Arcadia gets to have all the fun. Maybe she'll learn something along the way. (Probably not).

FEAR Ability: Swift Strikes - Tail Lash - It's super effective?! Ed strikes with her tail. Sometimes it hits hard, sometimes it tickles a little bit, and sometimes she misses entirely.


Physical Description:

Eye Colour: Blue.
Hair Colour/Style: Silver-white. Wild, messy. Big. Really big.
Skin Colour: She's patterned like a snow leopard.
Clothing Style/Colours: Less is better. Scraps of cloth and leather.
Extra: Bat-like wings, thick tail with a scorpion stinger coming out of the tip - she also has ram's horns.
References: N/A - but she's related to Cady (with Ravv's permission), so you can draw general reference from Arcadia.

Welcome to This is Halloween!

Congratulations! Your character has passed the enrollment process and you're cleared to begin playing. Essentially, this means you can get your art certed, make your character's journal, and most importantly start RPing. If you're a little lost then don't worry, this guide is here to point you in the right direction.
