no it only works in the jap verson of the game not us i tought it was in the us verson as well

Hinata is not in NGNT1. they arent talking about NGNT1 and actually i think they are because a few cheat code places i've been to say "Note: This game is also titled Naruto: Gekitou Ninja Taisen!(NGNT)."
