Kelda was facing her first duel ever. She wasn't sure why she had started this stinking competition. Actually that was a lie she knew exactly why she was here. She was here because of her mother. Her mom had alway made it clear to Kelda and her sisters, that she expected them to do great things, to be great. Unfortunately for Kelda she wanted only to be Torolf's wife. But she had entered into this strange little competition to make her mom happy she hoped that after this she would be able to live the quiet life that she so deeply desired. CaliWolfe Make sure to quote me, because I suck at checking my rps otherwise XD

Aajamaak was in a strangely good mood considering she was about to be partaking in a fighting competition. It wasn't as if she condoned fighting or anything, far from it actually, but Aaja was a healer first and foremost and often had to take care of mistakes and bloody injuries from reavers coming home after raids. She considered duels to be somewhat unnecessary at times and it puzzled her as to why reavers enjoyed spars so much.
Which was why she was here now, to figure that out for herself. Learning first hand why reavers enjoyed fighting Aajamaak assumed that maybe she'd able to be a little more sympathetic towards the cause. "Hello." She bobbed her head in the form of a slight bow towards the lioness she was to face in battle. "It's a good day to die."

Seeing that the one she was to dual against was another female Kelda smiled. She knew that her mother would be pleased to see many females out and participating in the event. Kelda was worried though, she had been taught how to spar and how to be fight. Her mother wouldn't have it any other way, she had taught all her girls how to fight from an early age.
"It's a good day to die." Kelda answered in return. She was trying to decide what her first move would be. She stayed back sizing up the female. Perhaps it would be a tactical advantage to see how the other moved first. Kelda didn't want to be in the fights, but she wasn't going to just completely throw the battle either. She knew her mother would be watching and would expect Kelda to do the best that she could. CaliWolfe sorry for the delay life got crazy
