Loyal: For those he calls friends or even companion, Teleroth will go the extra mile if it means supporting those he's deemed worthy. He is constant and firm in his support of those he is close with. Reliable, he is trustworthy and will always see a task through until its completion. Tel is always true to his word and does not make promises he feels cannot be made.
Outgoing: Friendly and socially confident, Teleroth easily makes his way through life with his upbeat demeanor. He is open-minded and thrives in almost all social situations. He is outwardly friendly and responsive to those around him. Tel enjoys meeting other creeple even if they aren't dragons so he can better understand the world around him.
Enthusiastic: A passionate young drake, he is eager to learn and expand his knowledge base. He loves nothing more than finding a good read and studying the contents of the book. He is committed to his studies and does so with an upbeat attitude. To him, knowledge is power. His devotion to learning is matched only by his desire to gain strength and make his family proud.
Stubborn: Stubborn to the core, Tel does not easily back down nor does he waver. Even in spite of a good argument, Teleroth finds it hard to change his stance or opinions on things. Resistant to change, Tel doesn't easily change his mind without good reason. He is persistent and determined to do what is necessary to get things done. The young ice dragon is tenacious and will pursue his goals until they are complete.
Pretentious:Teleroth constantly is in the midst of trying to impress others by acting as if he were of greater importance or talent than he actually possesses. While he talks big, he's still young and inexperienced and only considered a juvenile. Despite this, he remains over ambitious and rather showy with his cyrokinesis and loves to show off to anyone willing to pay him mind.
Teleroth is enthusiastic, and an outgoing dragon who's all about involving himself in school activities and getting to meet other creeples, even if they aren't Dragon's like himself! The young dragon is the type who likes to go with the flow. Even as a young wyrmling thrived on the company of others, and makes it his business to be nosey in his pursuit to meet others.
However, Tel can be just as stubborn as a glacier. When he doesn't want to do something this dragon will not back down. He is reluctant to change his position on things, in spite of good argument or reason. His headstrong nature is usually for better or worse and is his way or the highway. Despite this, he is a loyal friend, and protective of those he's deemed worthy of his trust and respect. His best friend Levy recently also applied for the Academy, and he intends to watch the other dragons back.
The ice dragon hopes to perhaps learn the art of enchanting while in school, as he's long since had a fascination for the art. Ice sculpting is something the dragon does for fun and likes to occasionally leave mischevious patches of ice behind for others to find. While his playful antics aren't meant to cause bodily harm, he does so in the name of good fun or a bit of a laugh. He fancies himself a prankster and doesn't mind using his playful antics on those around him. Especially if they will humor him.
Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy?
Teleroth seeks not only the pursuit of knowledge, but a means to hone his own powers. His family expects him to make something of himself and demanded requested his attending the infamous Amityville Academy as a way of bettering himself. Finding more shinies to add to his hoard never hurt either. He hopes to one day own an enormous hoard of things. Be they human or Halloween in origin all forms of glorious treasures will be his for the taking one day.
FEAR Ability: Y1 - Deep Freeze: Teleroth breathes a sheet of freezing cold ice that is both purple and blue in Hue. Channeling his Fear, it is displayed in a brilliant display of freezing cold ice designed to try and effect as many targets as possible. His humanoid form can use this ability, as can his draconic one, although it is easier for him while in his natural dragon form. He breathes a chilling blast of icy wind as a splash-damage effect. It is meant to be freezing cold, and namely painful to those on the receiving end of his breath attack.
Deep Freeze (The Charge)
The Charge specializes in splash damage: that is, this particular move deals damage to more than one target. However, if you miss the ENTIRE attack misses! Your additional targets won't receive damage.

Physical Description:
Eye Colour: An icy light blue, his pupils are dragon-like!
Hair Colour/Style: All over black, and done up in a medium length pony tail. The sides hang a bit long, and a portion of his black bangs are dyed an icy blue! He wears a short black and light blue outlined jacket that has a hood on it. Skullpin attached to his jacket if possible.
Skin Colour: He is fair skinned, with icy blue freckles scattered on his cheeks. Along with his hands and arms, he has a darker blue mixture of colors much like his tail.
Clothing Style/Colours: Something like the avi, blues, black and whites. He wears boots over his pants and a loose-fitting top.
Extra: Has wings, horns and a tail all showing in human form. His markings are mostly blues, purple and a few hints of black scattered across his scales in his natural dragon form + what shows even with having a skull pin to keep him in a humanoid state. He has two pairs of horns...a larger set and a smaller set just below them.
