Professor Red
  • Gym Teacher - Office Link
  • Are you sure you entered a teacher's office? A large door stands off to one side of the center of the room, next to a white cloth-covered table with a tea set on it. Professor Red is seated at the table, dressed in a velvet purple coat with an tan top hat, complete with a large off-lavender bow-tie. "Oh, a costume?" She asks, propping her chin in her hand as she smiles in a bemused manner, "You must be trick or treating." The professor gestures towards the door. "Just go straight in there. Make sure you have your costume and, if you make it out in one piece, you may just get what you're looking for."
  • Costume Required? Yes; please be sure to describe it! It's up to you whether you want to use a costume from another Professor's activity or make up your own.
  • Minigame:
    • RP entering the door; there's nothing unusual if you attempt to look around it (and looking behind it will only yield the backside of the door). Opening it and looking in only shows you the back of the office. But once you step through it, you enter a world of pure imagination. And candy. Lots, and lots of candy to the point where everything is made out of candy including that hostile doppleganger of your costume making its way towards you!
    • Your candy dopplegager is a hostile mob that looks like your costume. For instance, if you are dressed as a princess then you now have to defeat a hostile princess made out of candy. If you are participating in a group battle, please create one doppleganger mob per person. That is, if you are in a group of three then each player must create a candy version of their doppleganger self.
      • Mob HP: 10/10
      • Auto-Damage: -5 HP
      • Loot: Upon defeat, your candy-doppleganger will collapse into a pile of candy. Unfortunately, most of that candy also dissipates but what remains is what you get. Please see "victory conditions" below for the amounts.
    • Temporary Effect - Halloween Costume Power Upon entering the door, your character now turns into their costume however they are a shadowy, misty version of it. For instance, if you were dressed as a size-winged fairy dragon wielding a scythe that also shoots bullets you are now a six-winged fairy dragon armed with a scythe that also shoots bullets. Please feel free to get creative with your attacks! Your character will revert back to their normal costumed self upon defeating your candy-doppleganger. In addition, use the following values regardless of your character's stage:
      • Your HP: 40/40
      • Battle Dice: 2d8-6
      • You cannot use: Fear attacks, Artifacts, Learned Abilities because you are now your costume.
    • Victory Conditions: Candy is earned based off on how many attacks it took you to defeat your opponent:
      • 1-3 attacks: +5 candies (and one is even a full-sized candy bar!)
      • 4-9 attacks: +4 candies
      • 10+ attacks: +3 candies

    • Once you've gotten your candies from your candy-doppleganger and returned to Red's office, you may move on! Remember, upon leaving the mob area through Red's mysterious door you will revert back to your regular costumed self.

Rojo was a fish. While he had spent the past few months running around school half-to-wholly naked, with true Halloween approaching, he had decided to go all out with his costume, even if it meant he would be wearing more than he had grown used to. He wasn't just a fish. He was a bony fish. With his mother's help he had fashioned a cage of ribs that hung from a frame braced by his shoulders, and he had a full mask that went over his head and everything.

None of that prepared him for what he found inside Professor Red's office. Being undead, the skeleton wasn't compelled to eat, but when he did so for fun, candy was one of his goto meals. Rojo lowered himself to the ground as quickly as his costume would allow and gave the nearest giant lollipop a toothy nibble. So engrossed was he in his oversized candy eating that he failed to notice that 1) he had turned into an actual skeleton fish and 2) a rather fetching candy calaca was approaching at a stomp. It stopped mere inches from where he crouched and tapped its gobstopper foot until he turned. Then it kicked him in the face.

He hopped to his feet with much more grace than he had possessed when he had kneeled, but that was mostly because he was now a fish. It was only a mild surprise.

"Why did you kick me in the face?" he asked, rubbing a fin to where his nose used to be. When the murder candy doppelganger didn't answer, Rojo reeled back to gather momentum, then sliced through the air toward it, landing a decent hit he was surprised packed so much power.

The other creature still didn't reply, but from the way it bobbed and postured, it didn't seem to appreciate the way he was treating it very much. Rojo knew another strike was on its way, but he did little to block it, using his opponent's distraction to hit a second time. The mysterious skeleton shattered messily, raining even more candy onto the confection-covered ground, most of which disappeared as soon as it hit the floor.

Although he was still a fish, Rojo managed to pick up the rest—a large Spooky bar, and four smaller, more sugary items. It was an excellent haul. As he left the gym teacher's office, the calaca waved to Red, grinning merrily as he chose his next destination.

Professor Rengath
  • Theater Teacher - Office Link
  • As you knock and the demon opens the door you're greeted by an odd sight. For one thing, the professor, aside from his skin color and horns, looks like a particular reaper from a very popular human world book series. The small office is quite decorated yet it's obviously not done by him. There are Witches on broomsticks, bats, pumpkins, ghosts, and ALL are smiling. Snakes are all over the place, (also smiling) and the cobwebs are so thick and encompassing it's hard to imagine that one could add anymore. You notice that cobwebs are very much tangled in his horns as well.
  • Not only must you be in costume, but as he is the theater teacher, Rengath wants you to ALSO act the part. REAL COSTUMES REQUIRE COMMITMENT!
  • Minigame:
    • As you're in costume, Rengath expects you to act the part, give him your best impression.
    • Roll 1d4:
      • 1: Your accent was a bit off, but otherwise it was a good show. 2 candies.
      • 2: Superb! Rengath is notably impressed and awards you 3 candies.
      • 3: You fumble a bit but manage a small monologue. He says to practice in front of a mirror before handing you a full sized candy bar and some gum. Two candies aw yeah!
      • 4: You go full out but... It was so over the top Rengath tried very hard not to grimace. You get one candy.
    • Once you've gotten your candies from Rengath, you may move on!

The next office he stopped at seemed tailor made for the skeleton. All of the creatures here were delightfully cheerful, smiling just as hard as he was. In addition, it seemed this instructor's main subject was the theater, and although he had never taken any formal classes on the subject, Rojo was very... theatrical. He was a little perplexed as to how he was going to manage to act like a fish, but he was happy to give it a shot.

Standing in front of Rengath with his arms outstretched and his spine straight, Rojo gargled out the best burbling gurgle he could manage, considering he had no lips or tongue. To say he was surprised when he was handed three candies and offered a bit of instruction instead of flat out rejection was an understatement. He thanked the teacher, then hurried from the room before Rengath could change his mind.

Professor Winter
  • Etiquette Teacher - Office Link
  • The office door is decorated with cobwebs. There are two little jack-o-lanterns on either side of it and a couple fake, mechanically flickering torches temporarily mounted on the walls. After you knock on the door and announce the proper Trick-or-Treat! plea, Professor Winter answers the door, dressed as Hit Girl.
  • Your character must be in costume - Otherwise, she will turn you away!
  • Minigame:
    • Professor Winter seems to want you to work for your candy. Give her your best ROAR!
    • Roll a 1d4:
      • 1: Your roar is awful. She grudgingly gives you 1 candy for trying.
      • 2: You manage to make a sufficient amount of noise. You get 2 candies from her!
      • 3: Your roar echoes off the walls, and startles a few students down the way. 3 candies!
      • 4: It was so loud that it actually knocked one of the fake torches off the wall! Winter is impressed. Have 4 candies.
    • Once you've gotten your candies from Winter, you may move on! Any attempts to linger near her office will be taken as an invitation for surprise homework. Best get moving!

He almost forgot the "Trick or Treat," and as such, Rojo stood silently outside of Professor Winter's office door wondering if he was doing something wrong. When he finally announced his costumed presence, the boil was so happy to have figured out her riddle that he roared immediately when she requested it of him, not stopping to wonder why she wanted him to do so or to perfect his technique. It was loud and reverberative, and as he skipped away with his candy, Rojo couldn't help but feel proud.
