The next office wasn't an office at all. Instead it was some sort of woods. It was here that Mercy met the final professor of this journey: Mr. X. She smiled when he commented on her tie, tilting her head when she was told to go into the forest to fetch a piece of a shadow. Well...This was going to be hard.....She walked aimlessly through the forest, getting lost after walking in circles, going back to the beginning to start over.

What was that strange growling? Mercy didn't even bother looking behind her as she ran, yipping the entire way back.

Mercy found herself walking around in circles once more. So she simply went back to the beginning of the forest to start over again/

Strange growling? Check. Cold sweats? Check. Running for your life because you cant tell what's chasing you? Check. She was back at the beginning once more, and she was starting to get HIGHLY annoyed.

Nope, more walking around in circles...Back to the beginning again.

Finally! She found the creature! Mercy gave it a couple of pets and went back to professor X, receiving a whopping 4 candies for finding the shadow AND having a tie. Best professor ever!

"Erections..?" Selene whispered, her mind violently looking for valid and appropriate explanations. "What do you think she means, Argie? Does she believe the humans erect buildings and statues in their sleep?"

She was already shaking, Argyle could feel it when he patted her hands in comfort. "Yes. I think that's exactly what that little mierda meant."

Selene breathed a ragged sigh of relief, but clung to his hand a little tighter for the next few hours. In case anyone else started talking about.. erections..
