So i noticed recently that cons stopped selling Japanese snacks
Is there a reason for not selling this?
I used to buy Ramune, canned tea and most favorite lemon bread! etc...

	Hi Nena, Yes it's true. Their are more and more cons where you can no longer buy Japanese related food and drink. I learned a few years ago that the places themselves where a con is at whether it's a convention center, hotel, etc is stopping the sale of the Japanese food. The main reason for it is that they don't want it interfering with the sale of their food. That happened at Youmacon a few years ago. The convention center Cobo Hall sells food and doesn't want their sales to go down due to other food being sold so they told the con and vendors that they can't sell any Japanese food. I think that it's very wrong to do and unfair to cons and vendors who want to sell food. Their is an Anime store in my area that sells Japanese food. So check around where you live to see if their are any Anime stores. If their is they probably sell Japanese food. I hope that you find a place.

	It depends on the convention; based on my experience, I know Otakon doesn't allow sales of Japanese snacks due to the BCC. On the other hand I believe Nekocon and ROFCon allow it(I know there was a booth at ROFCon that had ramune and other snacks). So again, it depends on the convention and the venue its held in.
