After all the chaos of the last few days (self-inflicted some, out of their control others; things are settling down without them as they wanted, and they will make a living one way or another), Alexis supposes they deserve time to relax - well. Not relax. Not like they deserve it.

They want it, however, which is approximately just as good as anything else. Alexis will take what they can get. They always have.

The busker on the next street over is as pretty as her music, and...Alexis - likes music, they suppose. It's never been anything they've thought about. But there's no better time for a reinvention of self - maybe the arts would be good for them. Another place to use their light fingers, and one more abiding by the law.

(They curl up against the brickwork of the wall, a petite figure in dark grey with a backpack, and listen to her play. It helps. Not much, but it helps.)

Juniper was dressed into attire that most people wouldn't think appropriate for the fall weather. In fac,t many would wonder if the poor girl was cold at all in her loose fitting white tank, peasant skirt, shawl and ankle high boots, but Juniper was very comfortable. The cold breeze blowing didn't even perturb her as she moved with the music she was playing, a high energy celtic piece. Those around her seemed to be enjoying it as much as she was though if the bills and coins tossed into her open violin case was any indication.

She noted the figure that had sat down to listen to her play, and was intrigued that they had opted to not just listen to one piece but sit through quite a few, so after finishing another song, one that hadn't pulled in so many people and left her free to stop for a rest, Juniper turned her attention to the figure nearby.

"Enjoying yourself?" A smile graced her face. "Are you a fan of music or just the violin?" She tilted her head, blonde hair slipped over her shoulder and blew gently into her face with the coming breeze but she didn't seem to care.

"Doin' pretty good." Alexis shrugged, staying small -- she'd noticed them, but they honestly didn't want to be noticed by anyone else. Since she'd stopped playing for the minute, there was nobody around, but...well. If people started showing up again, they'd book it. It wasn't that hard of a decision to make.

"I've got a lot of free time, and your playing's pretty good. What more d'you want me to say? I don't know music anywhere near well enough to make comments."
